  CCleaner is very useful to get rid of temporary files, you can get it here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner you can use it to clean your temporary files, but DO NOT use registry cleaning works, registry cleaning is mainly a useless effort that can cause more harm than good.

However, when I click on 'Properties' for the entire folder, it shows that I have 4.4 GB of data in this folder. I open the folder and don't see it anywhere. I click on select all and delete, and the data is still there.

  I managed to see some of what is here when I compress me the folder (which has since been unpacked). It's pretty much just a bunch of old files flash, Web sites randomly.  How I can see them when I look at the file and how can I get rid of these? I unchecked the box "Show hidden files", but that does nothing.
