  If you do not see 'Tools', then you do not have your active 'Menu Bar'.
  See picture below on the activation of all the toolbars make life easier.

  However, in your case, it seems that you have created a POP e-mail account.

  So, if you have not yet sent an email, please send one, even if only to yourself.

  Then, move all inbox emails in the appropriate folders.
  You can create new folders to organize them.

  How to create a new folder:

  • Right-click on the name of the e-mail account, and then select "new folder."
  • Give an appropriate file name and click "create a folder".

  When the Inbox is empty:

  • Logon to the Web e-mail account by using a browser.
  • Move all emails "Sent" in the "Inbox".

  In thunderbird:

  • Click on 'Get the message'

  all the "Sent" emails must get downloaded from the server Inbox anto your Inbox in Thunderbird.

  • Then move all your emails in the 'Sent' Thunderbird folder.

  You should now have all these emails downloaded from the server and display in Thunderbird.

  You do not have a 'usb '. Without doubt, you have a hard drive or a USB that connects to the computer via a usb port.

  We use the exact and some error message in more detail on the issue.  This problem occurs with any file on the disk or only some of them?  You are logged as administrator?  Has anything changed recently (hardware or software)?

  The first thing I would say to run a Virus scan and malware.  If you do not have an antivirus program, then you can get one here: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_essentials/

  If there are no problems found then not try the following steps:
  Run the following commands.

  Chkdsk /r

• I have re-installed all files that have been deleted over time because IE9 was not working, so I thought I want to reinstall all the files of the past and really screwed things? Help?

  I really missed my Deskbar and the task at the bottom of the screen. All these .dll warnings came after I have connect and would say the name of the .dll to 1st say this isn't needed to power your computer or try and find the file .dll and re install. So I figured out how to remove about 4 dll then I could get the upcoming desktop and taskbar. But all ICONS microsoft on office or the page of the window start on and all microsoft Icons will not open now by Rt or Lt by clicking on file a warning would come and that the file is not saved and you are unable to open. !! So, I have this problem? And I need to be able to click on one of the microsoft Icons if I can do all the things I need to do or use?   And the rest of the desktop icons that I can open them only my Rt clicking on it and then clicking open so I can open chrome, firefox and IE 9 problem 2ed.  And I can't use the click of the RT. on the screen so I can put my screensaver. The background is white, not the dark blue or black back ground...  Firefox and chrome work good but IE 9 is always the same way. Once I click on the Inon to open and use IE9 it goes to my home page then I can't use it to do something on the homepage or go to any other web page, just, it gets stuck and can't do ir even close. I have to use the Task Manager to close IE9. and the once on 4 test IE 9 will work for a while the GET stuck and can use it at all. so have to close and use one of the other my browser to connect.  I ran some of my cleaning utilities and they have got rid of a lot of files, but I still have all these problems. Can someone explain to me step by step way to each of these problem difficulty by?  If I have to I will uninstall IE9, but how it is said to get rid of IE 9 is tapping on the starting window area were he said programs.   If you have downloaded all the files Carbonite, then the question is, are your catalog never included in the Carbonite backup in the first place?

  If so, then all you have to do is look for *. LRCAT file.

• Cannot open Firefox even after deleting all files and profiles of school boards.

  My computer auto-installé the new Firefox version 40.0.2 (and later 40.0.3) and the browser does not open. It worked and I have not received any error message. I tried every fix I can find here, and even manually, I deleted all of my profiles, folders, program files, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer, and it still not open. I click on the Firefox button in my bar tasks, the charging symbol goes for a few seconds, then more nothing. Firefox opens and runs without any problems on other computer on computer accounts. I even copied the files of Firefox to the another computer account on which it runs and replaced all files on the computer account that Firefox does not on, rebooted and still nothing. I've been dealing with this issue for over 2 weeks now and am very frustrated because I spent hours trying everything I can find.

  This fix does not work either... tried previously and tried again. However I FINALLY got my Firefox to work on mine. I ended up finding a virus free online (ESET online scanner) scanner and do a full scan on my computer in order to remove anything that could cause a problem. I also went through all my computer programs and documents and cookies and temporary internet files and deleted everything which is not necessary or if it is no longer used. I thought it must be something else because Firefox has no problems with other users of the computer, and my original profile worked very well under other computer users when transferred manually. I think something was interfering with Firefox, which is why none of the fixes here worked because they targeted Firefox itself when it seems that it wasn't the problem.

  Hi, I am trying to use the entry of the file accept to limit the type of file that the user can choose when downloading a file. in fact, I have two problems that I can't understand our:

   1. If i am using the value "image/*" its limit the user to all the images but if i am using a custom
       limit e.g. "image/jpeg,image/gif,image/png,image/bmp" its show all the limits in the select box but the
       default value for ths user is "All Files". In Chrome and IE10 its working as needed.
  

   2. When i am trying to limit to "swf" files using the value "application/x-shockwave-flash" its show "All Files".

  When I right click on an image to make a backup because it won't let me save the image in jpeg format, what is on the menu drop-down is "all files" that records under a bunch of numbers and letters, etc. It save it as an aspx file.

  Try to add the .jpg file extension yourself if Firefox does not when you save an image file.
  
  If you have already saved images with an incorrect file extension, then rename them and add a .jpg file extension. Check the properties of the file via the context menu to see if that worked.

  bookmarks.html contains no bookmarks, this file is no longer used to store.

  Are you sure you're looking in the right folder, you are possible to search in the installation of Firefox rather than the profile folder folder. The following link provides details on the location of the profile folder - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox

  If you do not find places.sqlite you may not have access to your old profile folder.
