  To install the graphics, you must install the first Intel chipset installation utility and reboot.

  Then, install the Intel HD graphics driver and restart.

  Then, install the Nvidia HD graphic driver and restart.

• HP Envy 15-J105EA accepts no Wifi drivers

  I've demoted this laptop for Windows 7 x 64 (from Win8 x 64), everything was successful except the wifi drivers.

  Setup driver provided by HP a few crashes and manually extracting and drivers installation with strength results in a blue screen crash. I also tried that seems to me to be the chipset manufacturer, Ralink, for the drivers but I get an error "device could not start.

  It should also note that I have a few other unknown devices that are likely to impede progress, but I could just cling to straws.

  I could with some advise at this point. Confirming at least the wifi chipset manufacturer would be useful at this stage.

  Hello.

  Recently I bought HP 15-g000sm (F8R09EA #BED). I installed Windows 7 32 bit, but there's no wifi drivers on the official site for my OS. I found some drivers Realtek site Web etc but none of those working. I see that there are Windows 8.1 drivers but I have that OS. My only solution becomes Windows 8.1 or are there drivers for my OS? If someone could find them for me, I would be very grateful.

• WiFi drivers not detected in well device during the installation manager

  I use hp 431. I want to install atheros wlan drivers from the hp site, but after the installation, I can't see them in the Device Manager! which means that my computer is not all wifi drivers installed, although I have downloaded and run.   I have re-installed Windows 7 (32 bit) after finding that Windows 8 works heavily with the 1080 x 600 resolution.  In doing so, I lost my LAN and WiFi drivers.  I return from the LAN and can connect to the Internet via a cable.  Where can I find the driver WiFi?  Thank you.

  This pc is considered to be obsolete if HP provides more support/drivers, etc! This is so not cool! I have one of these services and desperately need ALL drivers, Mo on!

  According to me, were in the provided factory installation.  Can you tell me where I can get all these from?

  You must run Internet Explorer 10 or 11 for the support pages work correctly (which is strange since W7 install IE8 by default).

  You need drivers.

  Go to HP.com and click on the button that says scan now. It will scan your system for software and drivers missing or obsolete.

  Here is a link to the drivers; you will need your product number.

  You can find the number for your product by holding down the FN key and pressing ESC

  Guys I recently installed 10 windows on my laptop after that wifi does not work well. I downloaded sp72517 improved wifi driver and the Bios is updaed without GeoConnections vps nothing. But I have to rebooot or reinstall the drivers to use the wifi and it is itself uninstall autoatically as 10 times per hour. I already have enough of that. Please help me with this problem.

• HP 15 - ac043tu: need help with the key feature and WiFi Drivers

  Hi team,

  I try to activate the key feature and WiFi in my new HP 15 - ac043tu laptop.

  I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32 operating system.

  I installed all the drivers available on the site Web of HP (http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-ac000-Notebook-PC-series/7771404/model/8326116... for my product.

  To activate the function key, I installed driver: HP System Event Utility - sp71716, but it doesn't seem to work.

  In Device Manager, network controller shows exclamation as shown below. I tried to install Broadcom and Realtek WLAN drivers, tried to turn on/off, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers referring to other positions, but that did not work.

  

  I also tried to install HP SoftPaq Download Manager, but it did not help. Tool does not show my product described.

  I went through a similar question posted by other members, but failed to get the solution. This question gave me hard times.

  Appreciate your help in this regard.

  You need these drivers wireless and bluetooth driver 64-bit file should have the 32-bit drivers too.

  Unfortunately, I can't help you with the next question.  The system of the event utility would be the only software I can think that would have worked.

  You can try the software HP Quick Launch, but I doubt it will work.
