My printer won't turn on. Tried unplug, then re connect. Light up but it came with the error message

REFLASH 12345 I do not Kow how fix this problem.

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see you found a Reflash error message on the control panel of your printer HP Deskjet 3520.You have tried to reset but it did not help.

Take a quick look at the steps below and let me know if this makes the changes?

1. unplug the printer while it is running

2. press and hold the Cancel button while you plug the power cable to the printer

3. continue to press the button cancel for 15 to 30 seconds

    From file Exploer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup in the address bar and press ENTER.
    Delete the shortcut to monitor alerts for Non-Existing printer ink and the error should appear is no longer.

  • 6500 all in One - will not print in black, no error message

    Twice now, I sent a cartridge black staple, thinking that there was something wrong with it because the printer would print fine for the first copies of 20-40, then stops.  When it happened a third time, I started thinking maybe this isn't the ink cartridges.  Just the printer does not print in black.  Can I change the font color of blue and all is well.  When I try to print something from black, the printer ACTS like it was printing but nothing comes up except the color elements.  The diagnostics show no problem, that the printer has no error message, even shows the full ink cartridge (which is)... but it just will not print in black.

    Try to soak the printhead as described in this post.

    This error appears on all the pages I try to navigate to. All other browsers work fine on my computer.

    I suggest refreshing Firefox. Note that it is more than uninstalling and reinstalling done. Normal uninstall does not remove certain preferences that may have been corrupted.

    Refresh (called "Reset" in older versions of Firefox) can solve a lot of problems in restaurant Firefox as his default factory while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.

    Note: When you use this feature, you will lose all the extensions, toolbar customizations, and certain preferences. See article Firefox Refresh - reset modules and parameters for more information.

    Refresh for Firefox:

    1. Open the troubleshooting information page using one of the following methods:

      • Click the menu button

        click Help

        and select troubleshooting information. Should open a new tab containing your troubleshooting information.

      • If you are unable to access the Help menu, type Subject: support in your address bar to bring up the troubleshooting information page.

    4. Click Finish and reopen Firefox.

    You are the hero of the day. Well, everything seems to work again with the exception of my best websites (which should open when I click on new-tab). But it's only a minor problem and I can easily restore that manually.

  • Move a layer from one document to another, I get the error message that the layer is empty

    When I copy a layer from one document to another in PS CC 2015.5 and then try to move the layer in the destination document, I get the error message that the layer is empty.  It is not empty and I checked several times and checked that the layer is not empty.  I have never had this problem before and wonder if something has changed in CC 2015.5.

    Thanks to all who responded.  I think the problem was that I was using the NEF files and that he had not yet renamed PSD files.  Copy the layer in the destination document, but when I tried to move the layer in the destination document, I received the error message.  Apparently, he was copying the layer but there not then recognize the NEF format.  Once I saved both documents to the PSD, then the program behaved normally.  I appreciate your all of the help.

    Well, I have to tell you my story that I was happy that I bought a "new" (DELL) C.P. and 64 bit vista pre-installed and that he had not. and had some problems with my new! B.S., he transformed all senareio into a nightmare, I uninstalled it AND REINSTALLED IT 3 times not to mention having get for 7 different print drivers then reloading all antivirus, blah - blah - blah - I was on the phone with Dell for over 3 weeks now! Of course cannot use a new P.C. like this Hey? I have a file a mile long if it is "they keep a good journal at all? So I will contact the Dell for arrangements to resume their JUNK. Their so-called technical support is aweful @ best. They have me so DARN confused I can't sleep at night knowing what I had paid for my new system and still having all these questions really now this is just crazy... I have also contacted "MICROSOFT" with these problems, as I have a warranty on the win 7 program operating system and when I called the first thing of this guy's mouth was, I had to pay their money $$$ for any type of support? NOW it's sad/mad/nutz out hey? All I know is that I'm the guy with the great Bill to refund my purchase and remains sure if I can't use the c.p. I'm not paying for it! and I don't want it, that is of no use to me!     Sorry, but it seems that Dell does not provide a quality service for you. They have to replace their machine
    with a new one that is fully functional and you shouldn't accept anything less. 3 weeks and they did not

    After upgrade to windows 10, the computer magically restarts itself randomly after shutting down the computer.

    Solution: Disable "Wake on Magic Packet" in the Advanced tab of my wifi adapter.

    1. have you made changes on the computer recently?

    Check to see if the problem exists in Safe Mode, if the computer works as expected in mode without failure, then we can solve the problem in the clean boot state.

    Follow the steps below and let me know what happens?

    First step: clear temp directory

    1. Type %temp% term or search programs and files of field
    2. Select all the files in this folder, and then press the delete key to remove. If you receive a message that the file is in use, you will need to ignore this file (s).
    3. Proceed to step 2 below

    Second step: downloaded and extracted to your system:

    1 download the drivers and full software features

    2. once the download is complete, double-click the file to extract the software.

    3. when the installation window opens, press the Cancel button to stop the installation

    4. tap folder in the race or search programs and files of field

    5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)

    6. right click on the folder and select copy

    7. close this window and all open windows, and then in the Middle the desktop right click your mouse and select Paste. This will move the 7z folder on your desktop.

    8 open the 7z, that you just copied on your desktop

    9 open the Util folder

    10 open the CCC folder

    11 start the uninstall_L4

    12. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

    13. run disk cleanup from the tools Accessories\ system under all programs folder

    14. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

    15 open the 7z folder and then double-click the Setup.exe file that will be towards the bottom of the open window. Follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall your printer.
