All installed apps CC at startup crash: Photoshop, Lightroom... Windows 10

During the initial installation, only Lightroom CC has been installed. I migrated the catalog from the previous installation of Windows 7 successfully, and Lightroom has worked very well. I haven't used CC for two weeks, and then after an update to Win 10 more install additional CC apps, none of them (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) should start correctly. Since the CC Office I get a cursor of "waiting" for a while then nothing. In the start Win10 menu, Photoshop generates an error 0xc0000142 error dialog box. Looking at the event viewer win 10 I see two entries of error when trying to run Photoshop:

Windows cannot access the file for the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the file is stored on the disc or the storage drivers installed on this computer. or the drive is missing. Windows has closed the program Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5 because of this error.

Program: Adobe Photoshop 2015.5 CC

File:

Photoshop is trying to start for the first time after installation, so the network drive (which does not exist and with which there is no apparent problem) is not yet part of the Photoshop configuration. So how could OK installed programs according to the CC desktop installer, there be a problem with the local disk? Some discs are, as there are has no other disks, i.e. no CD / DVD drive that he could get.

The same error for Lightroom as well as for Premiere Pro. At this time, I went forward uninstalled applications CC, then uninstalled CC itself, then ran AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe, which found nothing else to remove. I reninstalled CC Office and then Photoshop, but this has not fixed the boot failure.

I noticed a few similar reports in these forums, but not for these dll and Windows 10.

That's Windows 10 reports: Windows Pro Version 1511 10, OS build 10586.494
