All my pictures have disappeared! Can not find them. Help, please!

When I launched Lightroom this morning, he said that my catalog has been used by another application and asked me to choose a new catalog. I chose the one I thought was the most recent, and everything has disappeared except 81 photos I played a little with my 30-day trial. Help, please!

Using your operating system, you will need to find your regular catalog file (not another this one with 81 photos). In the folder that contains your regular catalog is a file whose name ends with .lock. Delete this .lock file, do not delete anything else.

Then, run this particular catalog file by double-clicking on it.
