  You have created a new CATALOG... !  not a collection!  (looking at your screen-clip)

  Re-open your correct catalogue-'Lightroom Catalog.lrcat 5' in the Menu > file > open recent element.

  Select the pictures again, click [+] on the header of the COLLECTIONS Panel.

  What version you put in?

  In the Organizer, what view do you - use in the display menu is details checked, or unchecked - t - it make a difference?

  On the view menu, select media types - are all verified?

  Menu, select hidden - files is in view - show all files audited?

  I assume you're in the media view, what happens if you select the places people or events?

• Had an accident and was not able to migrate bookmarks. Now can not find them.

  Had a computer failure. Must get a new one. Went from XP to Win7. Because I didn't know he was going to crash, I obviously did not "Save" my favorites to HTML (the last time that I was earlier). On my new unit I FF4 beta and try to restore the old bookmarks. I joined and have direct access to my old drive that contains all the information old but could not find an HTML element that has the latest bookmarks before the crash. I'm SOL?
