  Usually, it is because the two copies of the account are set up.  Go to tools | Accounts | Mail and see if there is more than one copy of the account.  If not, then try to compact and repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUTil/) and analysis of e-mail what to do is not enable in your anti-virus software (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  If this does not resolve things, try to delete your account, close and reopen WinMail and then add the account back again.

  Just look in the folder and remove any message you want. Some spam filters are not that large to determine what is or is not spam and there could be some messages in there that you want to read or keep.
  It is not the end of the world. Simply sort the message in there.

  My guess is you have accidentally clicked off the 'A1' highlighted in the image below.

  I didn't understand why things got ugly, but when trying to install Muse as part of the subscription of cloud, I tried to install it on a beta version and it would not be installed. I went through the normal Windows uninstall process, but it would still not installed. I had to manually delete the folder of the Muse in the Adobe folder. Then he would install but it apparently assumed that it was a trial version, even though I installed with Adobe Application Manager and registered under the user name and password. Then, apparently, the classification of Tryout was adopted on other programs in the cloud to change something at the Adobe headquarters.   I have two computers, a MacBook Pro and iMac. I use the new feature for Sierra macOS, which allows me to continually synchronize my office on iCloud. I welcome the Office on my iMac be synchronized on the cloud. Now, I would have the exact same office on my MacBook Pro. I tried many ways, including by dragging files to iCloud Drive on my desktop, but the synchronization does not work. If I enable syncing on my MacBook Pro, I know that I have duplicate files.
