  Thanks for the link, John T., but it's not having the latest version of office installed CC. As I'm in the middle of a project, I have not yet put to update to the latest version of CAPRINE contagious pleuropneumonia, nor any of the other new versions. Apparently, the new version of Office CC is required for authentication. Could someone suggest to people from Adobe which is perhaps a more telling error message: "You must update your desktop creative cloud app."?  Thanks for the help.

• Treo 755 p - resets all of a sudden when I try to open memos

  I don't know if it is a hardware problem.  I had a Treo 755 p (Verizon) for about 7 months.  All of a sudden, when I try to open memos, my Treo restarts automatically.  I was able to perform a hotsync or information memo back up to the desktop computer.  But yet when I open the memos, it resets to zero.  It didn't happen as long as I had my phone.  I did remove the battery for a bit and still have the same problem.

  I tried searching the forums and didn't come with anything.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

  The sound of your question, let me a guess that your MemosDB file on the Palm is corrupted.  Do you have a good set of memos on your computer desktop or in Palm Desktop/Outlook/Entourage?

  If you do, then download and install Palm OS free, runfile manager. Then delete the file "MemosDB-Mmtp" of internal memory space.  Then, on your Palm, run the memos application to recreate a new empty file of MemosDB-Mmtp.  Then, on your computer, set the memos led to Desktop replaces handheld and perform a HotSync.

  Test the memo after HotSync application is complete.  If it works, reset the memos led to synchronize.

  Method 1: Start Internet explorer with the mode without modules and check.

  If the problem does not persist in Internet Explorer (No Add-ons), then it is one of the Add-ons at the origin of this problem. Please follow the steps below to locate the problem the weak module:

  b. click on tools.

  I know its something like that when Explorer attempt to generate the preview of this video file, then it happened.

  It is indeed a problem with the preview generator.  It relies on any installed video codecs installed on your system to process video images and build a miniature.  If you have recently installed a video or multimedia software, you can try to uninstall it, or by using the system restore to roll back.

  Similarly, you can try to install different software.  The K-Lite Mega Codec pack has been around for a while and is quite popular.  After you install, your system can play almost any file (sweet bonus tip: media player uses codecs found so: after installing it, you can even play Real Audio or QuickTime files inside Windows Media Player).
