The plugin only works with iPhoto. If you use News Photos for OSX, you must export the versions on the desktop and then import those copies in Lightroom. If you include the IPTC metadata, when exporting keywords, captions or title etc. should appear in Lightroom.

CS4 Extended User: 32 GB of photos of the session will not download through Bridge. Help!
Hi people,
First time poster here. I am running CS4 Extended on my old Windows 7 PC for one year.
I did 13 mini sessions over the weekend. I am a portrait photographer and have had ZERO problems with my CS4 extended last year. I always upload my photos through the bride (and Adobe Photo Downloader). I adjust them in Adobe Camera Raw, and then open them in Photoshop. No problems so far.
I shot 8 of my sessions on a 32 GB card. Usually, it takes minutes to get the images out of my card. Now? It takes DAYS. I realize that 32 GB is a lot trying to download everything at once, so I'm decaying clustered image 100-200 each. But everytime I try it, my Photo downloader block eventually. I HAVE to get these images out of my cards as soon as possible! Help!
Symptoms:
(1) the thumbnails ALWAYS take to generate
(2) when I click on the images to download, they take forever to download (as... hours... for 100 images).
(3) after an hour or two, the Photo Uploaders no longer works and I have to close the program.
I tried:
(1) restart the computer - 6 x without result
(2) turn off my norton 360
3) update my Adobe and Photoshop - all software up to date
WTH is happening?

The fastest way I can think of would be to go to the Albums, go to all the Photos tab, highlight the photo you want to delete and press 'Select' in the upper right corner. Place your finger on the first complete line, you want to remove (if you have pictures that do not have a complete row that you want to remove these institutions, select them individually first), slide your finger on the line so that they are all selected, and then slide up so that it starts automatically at your old photos of scrolling. Not all the new photos included in import from an iphone to the photos on mac

I just tried to import all of the (new) pictures of my iphone for photos on my mac, and there is a large gap between 28 January and 3 May. There are a few pictures of hundreds are not included, and I can't see even on my mac. I started the image capture what images of shows also only between 3 May and today.
What could cause this? How can I solve this problem?
Fortunately they all seem to be where they should in icloud - I can't just simply lose these photos, they are my little boy.
