  Why can I download and install all Oracle ATS products for free?  When I installed, I was invited for all licenses, or buy anything.

  I want to know why this is possible and if there are plans to charge it in the future?

  I know not exactly produced ATS of Oracle, but many Oracle products can be downloaded and used free of charge for learning purposes.

  As a general rule, if you intend to use the products in commerce, you must pay for a license, otherwise you illegally use.

  This is usually described in the T & C that you agree to when you download the software.

  I have archived redo lit and the log_archive_dest_1 =' LOCATION = / u01/app/oracle/oradata/aspasiad/arch /'
  
  My redo files are created it fine and I manage them manually. The disc is more complete and I noticed thousands of files in /u01/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/db_1/dbs/ all seem to be additional archived redo logs...
  
  Why were they created?
  what they are?
  How can I configure oracle not create them?
  It is better to keep them?

This is because these clients are mandated to update their databases to 11g so they continue still get support from oracle. Given that the sale of license Oracle EBS is disputed slightly today due to the recession and cost reduction, one of the best alternative for income is by providing managed services, as the upgrade database or any Oracle product that need upgrades because of the opinion desupporting.

  Acrobat XI can only be used as a trial for a month.

  Adobe now offers only Acrobat DC Plans and price | Adobe Acrobat DC.
