I was on trial, but am now a member (I bought ACC last week). I have to update the desktop application? All CAC products are not displayed.
I used the products on a trial basis, but now that I bought from the ACC, that I should update my desktop app? I do not see all ACC products listed.
Disconnect and connect to the application of Creative cloud once then check.

My computer says my windows is not authintic but I know that this is what is wrong. I have on my another desktop and it works find but not on my labtop. It was working fine before.

Deleted file recovery can recover incomplete files, i.e. the part of these files may be missing. Recover deleted files is much more reliable if recovery of a backup, instead of using recovery software.
These things depend on the operating system and the file system.
One thing, you can see: open one of these files damaged with a text editor, and then make sure that the constant % PDF is somewhere in the first 1024 bytes.

I noticed that some jpeg images are not display in Internet Explorer 11, but they display well in other browsers. I checked they are RGB images, because apparently some people accidentally use the CMYK format. IE is configured to display the images - I checked that also. The images used to display properly in Internet Explorer, and the images have not been changed on the server. The content was created using Dreamweaver CS6 and Photoshop CS6.
I tried to view the page on other computers running IE, and they also have this problem.
Any idea of what could be causing this to happen?

I discovered that prevented a few images to display in IE 11, while other images show. The culprit was Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer. Once, I disabled the software Adblock Plus missing images showed once again. Interestingly, I discovered that I could cause the same effect in other browsers using Adblock software. There is either a bug in the software of Adblock, or fluid network of Adobe system, which caused some legitimate images should be blocked. Whatever it is, they do not play well together right now. All images are stored on the same domain, and none of them related off site, so it's pretty weird that they have been blocked...
Anyway, the mystery is solved! I know people like to see a conclusion to these things as much as possible, so I'll mark this as resolved issue.

Web pages (I tried different web sites) are not displayed, but the line at the bottom of the screen indicates that I am indeed on the web site. Previously, before, I downloaded the version nerw of FF, display web pages seemed slow unless I'm assured by cursor was "large" of the space on the screen that displays the web page.
I checked with another browser and websites I went to work and are displayed in the browser.

I pressed "do not open pictures for this device" for when my iPhone connected. Now, I can't seem to find a way to import photos from that device because my phone is not displayed. I now want to import photos from my iPhone, but nothing works. Can someone, please?

Honestly, this entire thread is a repost of this , I pressed "do not open pictures for this device" for when my iPhone connected. Now, I can't seem to find a way to import photos from that device because my phone is not displayed. Can anyone help?

Have you tried the following:
- Launch Photos manually once you connect your iPhone to the Mac.
- Enter the ⌥⌘S tomato (command-option-S) key combination the sidebar visible.
- Click on the camera in the sidebar when it appears.
Your iPhone shows in iTunes or in the Image Capture?
If iPhone doesn't appear at all, make sure it is properly loaded and unlocked, disconnecting, take a new photo, then reconnect it.
- Start iTunes and confirm that you agree with the mac, the prompt on the iPhone.
- Try a different USB port.
- Try to force reboot the iPhone.

As mentioned in the title, I can't download the application Adobe Story. By connecting to the version of the browser based, it is clearly stated in the upper left corner that I use Adobe Story Plus(not Story FREE).
When I try to download the desktop application, it is gray out, and I can't click on it to start the download process.
With the recent release of the creative cloud, Adobe Story branding was changed to Adobe Story more.
You can find out if you are using a free version of the story, if there is a label 'Upgrade Now' in the upper right corner (next to the logout button)

RH9: graphics are not displayed, but the fact of the anchored frame

I'm a link FM books to my HR project. With the help of FrameSLT, conditionalized my graphics (contained in an anchored frame) on FM so that they are not displayed. It works very well on FM: there is no image and no image is anchored.
However, in the draft HR charts are displayed with sharps; they appear also with sharps in the preview. It's the way that it used to be in RH7. In FlashHelp, the graphics do not appear but the anchored frame is left behind, so I have a large white space where the graphic should be.
I thought that there was a way that you don't have graphics in the project in the first place. View the graphics in the project really slows down the update and generate processes. Why is HR still collect them if the graphic and anchored framework do not appear in the book of FM?
