All printer drivers disappeared and impossible to reinstall because of print spooler

Without apparent reason, all printers suddenly disappeared.  I tried to add a printer and received the error that the print spooler is not started.  I tried to start print spooler and 1068 receipts that dependencies are not started.  After the forum, I tried the following:

Check that all dependencies and all are started.
Checked the registry and RPCSS is the only data bound for the spooler service.  Deleted and retyped it anyway. Verified that there are no documents waiting to print.
Tried to launch the program of MS. FIXIT
None of the above has solved the problem.  I get always a 1068.

Sorry, it has not helped.  If you have not saved all data to be retained, I urge you to do as soon as POSSIBLE because something is badly corrupted in your system; and you don't know how long it'll be before things get worse.  You may need to restore your computer to factory settings, so make sure that you are willing to do.

Here are a few things you can check. Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

    Sometimes this error appears when you install the Realtek High Definition driver in XP. You can download the driver here.

    (a) open Device Manager (start > Control Panel > system > hardware)

    (b) in the 'View' menu Manager, select "devices by connection":

    (c) disable and uninstall it by right click on "Bus Driver for Microsoft UAA High Definition" Audio,

    I juxt writing to thank you for your help. I guess I got my problem fixed. I went through another long Chat session. At the end of the day, I think that they think that the problem is related to the language. I know I deleted a large number of unnecessary languages try to slim down. The error notice I had the language concerned, it still doesn't work, but PS works and no cat said I had installed so English to ignore uninstall it reinstall guest.     I use Windows 7 HomePremium and have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8500.  Regularly, sometimes daily, the printer disappears from devices and printers.  Only the printer devices disappears.  The fax device is still there.  I have to completely reinstall the printer from scratch.  Windows 7 is pre-installed - this isn't an upgrade of Windows 7.  The event viewer shows that the default printer is passed to the OfficeJet to MS one Note (I have MS Office 2010 installed, but this is also a problem with MS Office 2007).  At this point, the device for the OfficeJet disappeared from the list of devices and printers.  The loss of the unit of the printer seems to happen randomly.  I hope someone can help.  I've seen other assignments of the loss of a printer, but I found no solution.

    My suggestion would be to try this:
    1. download but do NOT install the MSXML4 SP2 update from here:
    2. download AND install the utility Windows Installer Cleanup from here:
    4. open the Windows Installer Cleanup utility from the menu START. Should be found in:
    START > Windows Install Cleanup >...
    5 locate the FSX entry in the list, select it and remove it
    6 click on START
    7. click on "Control Panel."
    8. click on "Folder Options".
    9. uncheck "hide hidden files & folders".
    10. click on 'Apply' at the bottom right
    11. close all windows
    12. click on START
    13. click on 'computer '.
    14. click on "Local disk (c :))".
    15 go in Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator X
    16. If there is any files, delete them

  • XPS 15 9550 CPU speed is as low as 0.75 ghz after manually installed windows 10 with all the drivers installed and BIOS updated

    I just bought this XPS 15 9550 in January, and I really appreciate it at first.

    However, one day, as pushed microsoft update to 10586 version of windows 10 and the machine will always fail to install the update, so I decided to download the image file and install it myself.

    The installation went smooth, but after a few days use, I found the computer is very slow during playback of videos and games and I came to find the speed of the CPU shows the label of performance in the Task Manager always will be 0.75 ghz and 0.78 ghz. He cannot go above that. I also found that the use of the CPU cannot exceed 30%.

    I've already updated my BIOS to 1.1.19, reinstall the system, a few times, choose the battery mode high performance, etc and this does not help.

    I had my problem is solved. Follow these steps:

    1. download gadget power intel, you can search online for it.

    2. check the power of your CPU (package pw...) rate and open the videos and applications that will constantly consume the CPU power. See if the power is still weak.

    3. If the power is still weak, try to update your BIOS (download dell drivers and the new version should currently be 1.1.20) and see if things are getting better.

    4. If the power is still low, you must contact dell technical service to replace your hardware (my computer has replaced the northbridge, southbridge, I forgot, but after replacing, the CPU works fine)

    Note: If you run games using your discreet graphics card, such as starcraft II and you found that it's extremely slow, it is possible that your cpu is capped.

My 3 Surface Pro comes from Photoshop CC 2014 and 2015 CC.   On my workstation, I use help > Browse and modules to add a.  I have been informed that the add-on has been installed successfully on my desktop on my Surface Pro 3, I received a message the add-on could not install.   When I looked into what I found on my workstation the add-on has been installed in Photoshop CC. That it has not been installed in Photoshop CS6, CC 2014 or 2015 CC.  So I user menu help > modules, browse and use the Remove button to this module.   I put the menu help > Browse modules on my does not use the list.
