  I have an SSD as my main system drive and a normal player as my data disc for music, etc.  I have My Document / my music, etc. files installs on the data disk using the location of the folders tab to help relocate them on my data disc.  I rechecked my library all point to the correct locations, BUT when I use search programs and files in the start bar, nothing is never categorized in Documents/music etc all I see is the Panel of configuration/programs and files.   Another possible option is to try the following.

  Click the Start Menu, click your username at the top right.  Right-click on the Documents folder, and then select Properties.  Click on the "Previous Versions" tab and give it time to load (this can take a few minutes).  If you get a list of the previous versions, left-click one of the mentions just to highlight and open - if you see your files listed, close the list and then click on the option 'Restore' in the Properties window.  If no file is listed, try to open another entrance.

  Repeat this for your photos, music, video files, etc.

  "In fact, I JUST had this problem myself. I had clone my partition on a disk hard nine and it messed up first my <->c and d registration drive. After a few hours to solve this problem, I started having this same problem with the TEMP profile. I searched the registry and found an entry here;
