  What is the error message you get?

  Here are some generic troubleshooting steps from apples web site.

  If you can't print to your printer AirPrint

  Check these things if you are unable to print, or if you see the message "No AirPrint Printers Found."

  • On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, check that your device uses the latest available IOS and the app that you print from is up to date.
  • On your Mac, use software update to update to OS X and applications that you have purchased from the Mac App Store.
  • Check with the manufacturer of your printer to see if the firmware updates are available for your printer model.
  • You can connect an AirPrint device to your network, either by bypass surgery or a direct connection to your Wi - Fi network.
  • AirPrint devices connected to the USB port on the Apple AirPort base station or Time Capsule AirPort use AirPrint. If your printer includes AirPrint, connect it directly to your Wi - Fi network or Ethernet LAN port on your Base Station to print wireless.
  • After turning on your printer, wait a few moments before trying to print. Some printers may take a minute or two after power to join your network.

• Photosmart 7520 even ADF Premium PhotoSmart C410?

  Hi all

  The port of fax on my PhotoSmart C410 appears to be dead and unfortunately we still need send faxes from time to time I'm looking to replace the C410.  It seems that the PhotoSmart 7520 is the replacement so my question becomes use the 7520 the same mechanism as the C410 ADF? The ADF C410 never worked modernizations, so we had to hold and manually it help feed everything we wanted to analyze and/or fax.  I placed a number of technical support calls when we bought first, but was never able to operate reliably.  So if the 7520 uses the same companents ADF then I'll have to look for another provider.

  When I try to install my new HP Photosmart C410 series, it gives me an error message: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\ {000C101C-0000-0000-C000-00000000006}.    I tried to install several times with the installation CD and the HP Web site.

  I contacted HP technical support, but they were not able to help me.  If this is not resolved, I will run the new printer to the store.

  Please provide the full error message.  Also, make sure that you typed correctly - are you sure that the CLSID does not stop with "46" rather than simply "6"?

  You can also follow the steps in the following article to clean things up and try again: One Article

  • Make sure that you install the printer by using a user account with "computer administrator" privileges (if you are not sure, click Start > Control Panel > accounts of users, under the name of each account will be "Computer administrator" or "Limited account").
  • Do not connect the printer to the computer until you are prompted to do so.

  I try to use my printer HP Photosmart C410 HP Connect applications. I can add the device, but none of the applications seem to work with my printer It' was not THAT old. Any suggestions?

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand you want to learn what printable sheets are available for your printer Photosmart C410 in connected HP.

  Once you are connected to your connected HP account, if you type the link below into the address bar of your browser, it takes you to a page that shows the pads that you already have on your printer. Under the section "printable recommended" there is a search function.  If you type in your printer model it will list available for the Photosmart C410a platelets. The results will be grouped by category.  I've included a screenshot.

  Hello thewheel.  I understand that you want your phone bluetooth to your printer and use it to send faxes.

  Unfortunately, because of how fax machines work, it will not be possible.  Fax machines work by talking to other devices using the "tones" the phone creates when you press a button/perform action.  Your phone does not have these tones to communicate and thus, does not use them.  This means that your mobile phone and Fax cannot communicate as appropriate to perform this action.

  However, there are services that allow you to send digitally faxes by internet.  Is not the same thing as what you asked, but it is a possibility, in that you can watch.  There are many of these applications then take a look at these Google search results and see if any of them will meet your needs.

• Photosmart C410

  I have a Photosmart C410 which worked perfectly until today.  Today I had an out of ink message, changed the cartridges and now get traffic jam everytime I try to print.  I have checked the transport and the paper path and all eyes.  The printer takes the new sheet of paper and it rolls in the printer, but just before the slide in which the printing Assembly slides out, the book stops.  I can open the cover and remove the paper without problem, but he repeates the same problem every time I try to print.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

  I'm having trouble installing the device for my photosmart HP C410 printer/fax/scanner. I use a wireless connection. The printer is visible on the network, but when I select the device and continue I get the error message: "printer setup is a not complete."

  The problem was caused by a conflict between the C410 Photosmart install the software and the HP Client Security software.

• Fax HP Photosmart C410 connects to the telephone line at home instead of the dedicated fax number

  I have a Photosmart C410a.  The machine must be connected to the dedicated fax line, and number of this line was introduced in the fax header.  However, when tested using the FaxBack Service, fax back called the conduct of the House instead of connected to the fax line.  The machine is connected directly to the wall and there is no dispatcher, etc., with the home phone.  The telephone number doesn't have to all be typed them into the C410a.  Any thoughts you may have on what might be happening would be greatly appreciated.

  RESOLVED: The problem has been an error with the FaxBack service - my camera was working normally.  The best way to test your machine is either send/receive a fax with a friend or with HP customer support.

  Try the following steps.

  When you get to the window system requirements check, click the button cancel while now the keys Ctrl + Shift. It will bypass the sys. Req. check and continue with the installation. You may need to do this several times for the installation to continue.

• Scanning HP PhotoSmart C410 gels

  Printer: The PhotoSmart C410a connected via a USB cable.

  Computer: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit

  Scanning of a connected to the printer - USB flash drive it works fine.

  Scan from printer to computer - HP scanning software opens but freezes in shortly after the scanning procedure. (only the first inch or so of the page scanned).  Analysis used to work perfectly well and nothing new has been installed on the computer and no new hardware.

  Measures taken so far:

  (1) software uninstalled and reinstalled with the CD.

  (2) software uninstalled again and also connected by the uninstall_L3 HP batch file uninstall_L1. Reboot between each step.

  (3) reinstall the software, connect the printer when prompted.

  (4) connected to the USB port on the computer.

  (5) called HP technical support. They spent an hour and then told to call Dell as was a driver WIA problem.

  (6) HP Ran Scan Diags.  Successful DIAGS connectivity tests, devices and Solution Center Manager. Test driver, Windows (WIA) Scan and Scanner Twain failed.

  (7) the end-user will try a new USB cable.

  Tried to download the latest full driver of HP features.  Who will be the next, but it is doubtful that he can solve the problem.

• First Photosmart C410: Ink series Photosmart Prem C410 leak

  My printer is 5 years old, but so far it has been perfect - never had a problem with it!

  Recently, I noticed there is ink in the printer and it seemed to come from the bottom. Further investigation revealed a bunch of ink which sank on the side right under where stop ink cartridges.

  I don't know what is the cause, but it's a big mess in there and I don't know if it's interesting trying to clean up. (My fingers are already black cleaning of Office/below!)

  I bought another printer but want to keep it too if I can. However, if it's too hard or too expensive so I am probably not worthwhile, especially given the age of the printer.

  Here is a picture:

  

  The area that show you is the 'service station' where little ink is "spit" to keep clear nozzles, usually before, during and after printing.  It is unusual for this area of filling and too full, there are a few things that may cause excess ink in the gas station:

  • With the help of an external power switch.  If the power is off (with a switch output or other external) then more ink is used at startup.  The printer must always be connected to a Plug and switch the printer only used to turn off the printer.
  • Running "cleaning cycles.  Manual cleaning cycles of the Toolbox Panel or printer are rarely necessary.  They use ink and should be avoided except when necessary (almost never).

  You may be able to clean the area of station service as follows: remove the print head and set it aside.  Turn the printer off an area that won't have ink.  Use a plastic spoon to remove most of the ink in the service area, making sure not to disturb the wipers. Rinse the service area, warm soapy water would be good for this, maybe a low pressure hose.  Make sure not to get ink on thin coding tape (clear ~1/4"wide band that runs from the width of the printer).  Also avoid ink or too much water in the electronics.  After cleaning, dry the printer by dabbing gently with absorbent paper.  Let dry completely before plugging the printer back in and reinstall the printer print head.

• PHOTOSMART C410: Not available at this time ink levels. Automatically cancel printing

  When you try to print. Document starts printing then error message appears "Not available at this time of the ink levels" CANCEL PRINTING. The print job is automatically cancelled.

  Result: Prints 1/2 a page then stops. Spit then several pages with one line of numbers, letters and symbols.

  Recently moved to the new HP laptop. I installed driver and software HP several times.

  Connect to the Internet via the VPN

  As you copy it, I suspect that the problem is related to software and how it is communicating with the printer. Let't remove the software completely and install the base to start driver.

  1. Hold down the Windows Logo key on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type % temp %
  2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
  3. Download the software and choose Save as, save to desktop > PS_AIO_07_C410_FSW_Full_Win_EMEA_140_222 - 4.exe
  4. After downloading software and extracts, reopen the temp folder, use the instructions in step 1.
  5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
  6. Open the Util folder
  7. The CCC folder
  8. If you have a computer HP run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have acomputer no HP run the L4uninstall.exe
  9. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
  10. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.
  • Hold down the key of the Windows Logo on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run
  • In the Open box, type msiexec /Unregister, and then click OK.
  • Hold down the key of the Windows Logo on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run
  • In the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then click OK

  * Note: there is a space between the c and the /.

  If you do not at this stage, use this link to perform another way. Restart Windows install

  1. Run the system Accessories\ tool disk cleanup <> How to delete files using disk cleanup
  2. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
  3. Restart the computer

  Once the computer is restarted, please download and install the driver of base from here: PS_AIO_07_C410_FSW_Basic_Win_enu_140_222.exe
