Allowing the Blue tooth T61

Abdoulaye...

A long time a go I turned off my teeth blue because I wasn't using it... I don't remember how I did it... now I want to enable it, but I'm having some difficulties. I tried the following:

-button thinkvantage and goin' under power ON / OFF wireless radios... However I do not see this option blue tooth... I see internet connection Wi - Fi...

-I downloaded the latest version of lenove driver and installed the driver according to the instructions... and rebooted... still did not work...

-on the desktop when I double click FAVORITES BLUETOOTH, it says "device not found blue tooth... turn it on!" something like that

What's wrong here... I tried my best... any suggestions!

see you soon

Christine

Have you tried the slider switch bit at the front left of the laptop?

Enabled in the bios?

  • pilot of the blue tooth for windows 7 for samsung galaxy s5

Samsung told me that they do not provide the blue tooth for a Windows 7 driver for their cell phone Galaxy S5. They said that the manufacturer of the PC is responsible for this. I don't see any blue tooth of any kind device drivers provided by HP, so I think what the Samsung rep may not be correct. However, I write this post in the hopes that someone may know if there 1. is a driver and 2. where to find it. I have a HP Media Center m7050y (PX153AV) CTO Desktop PC running Windows 7 Ultimate. I have of course a tooth blue doggle in one of my USB ports and it works correctly. I know because I have other blue tooth running devices. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for responding. I thought as well. I bought this computer a few months ago, second hand, so I thought that it did not come with Windows 7 originally. But that aside, I thought it would be Samsungso the responsibility of developing the driver. I noticed that my phone is not compatible with Windows 8.1 either. Such is life. Thanks again to confirm.

You must download and install the latest drivers for bluetooth to your computer by the manufacturer.  See if maybe the last update may have done something to stop working...

  • Windows Media Center will not be updated to allow the Blu Ray

    Hello

I have an Acer laptop that supports Blu Ray disc, but when I go to play with Windows Media Center there is a pop up that says that "an essential element must be updated", but whenever I click "update", it tells me that my internet connection is not working it may not update. I checked and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection and library still refuses to update. Is there a way to force it to update? Or another program that will support the Blu Ray?
    Thank you
    Kerryn
There is no native support in Windows for the Blu - Ray, including Media Center. You
need a third-party Blu Ray player. What Blue Ray software supplied with your
computer? It works as a standalone program?

  • failed to update for the blue tooth driver

I have a laptop HP TX2 - 1032cm Touchsmart I bought used online. It has been updated (full charge) to Windows 7 ultimate from Windows Vista. The guy who did the upgrade did not a very good job of finishing because I had a ton of downloads and many pilots to find and restore to work things out. I also have a Pavilion Entertainment PC that I have was upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 Premimum. I have problems with are the bluetooth driver, the computer says that I have the best driver when I check for update, but when I go to pair a device they find each other but won't Peel. Troubleshooting tells me that I must upgrade the driver and even me links Broadcomm, after selecting update starts and immediently stops telling me that "the update cannot occur on this site, contact the supplier of bluetooth. Initially, I thought it was Broadcomm but when they settle down with a tech talk to him she me collapsed the minute I said that I was in trouble, update of 2 drivers to the computer and told me I had to contact HP, it was a problem of supplier, is not a driver problem.

I was hoping that someone else on this site is passed to the upgrade I did, and the one I bought. I had no problem with the HP Pavillion DV 9260us PC when I did a full reload to Windows 7 Premium. I have completed all of the updates and downloaded all the necessary drivers for that laptop without incident, it is great except for the bluetooth to work. The same thing with the HP Touchsmart TX2 laptop - 1032cm. It came with a full charge to Windows 7 ultimate, and basically, I had to finish all updates for software and hardware, to find and download all the missing drivers for this particular loptop, and as with the other laptop everything went well and the device works well, except for the bluetooth.

I don't know if I need to upgrade the bluetooth software, replace the card, wi-fi/bluetooth and improve the software, or if a fix exists with HP. Any help from you pros out there will much be appricated.

Please see if this driver W7 BT and the software works... Use the same thing for the dv9K

  • T61 - Blue-tooth device disappeared

    Hello

I have a T61 (7659-A96) and the blue-tooth device was available a few months ago.
Because I use to connect other devices using BT, I don't know exactly when the availability of device came to an end.

Now, I can not find the device. The BIOS Setup is not not present BT on/off function. BIOS version is LENOVO 7LETB9WW (2.19) 06/06/2008.

I don't know if this model has an independent BT card or if it is integrated motherboard.

    Thanks in advance.

    Expedito

    I found the solution.

I was expecting to find a Bluetooth on/off function in the 'Network' of the BIOS Setup screen.

But the Bluetooth is disabled in the PORTS of CONFIG/SECURITY/IO configuration of the BIOS.

After I change to "activate" the Bluetooth works great.

    Kind regards.
