  recently updated compared to the creative clouds for photographers to the full suite.  I had 5 LR and PS CC (2014) already installed on my computer.  After installing Illustrator CC (2014) lists installed applications CC Photoshop and Photoshop CC (2014) with the trial 'start' button and Lightroom 5 statement of the new apps section.

  Please see the FAQ section of this link: download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  NOTE: We suggest to install the application on the primary drive however, you can configure the destination of installation of in creative cloud application preferences. Please note that there will always be shared resources stored on your primary drive.  In addition when installing temporary process files will also be created on your main drive.

  If you have already installed Photoshop you have to uninstall and make the changes of the location in Creative Cloud Desktop app after that reboot the machine and now to install Photoshop Again and it should install on you new chosen location.

  You can access the following link and download/install Adobe Creative Cloud App. Once installed, connect with the Adobe ID (email) according to which the CC members was bought and go to the tab "' Apps'" and start the installation of Photoshop CC.

  You have not only done 2015 CC adobe.  You subscribe to the creative cloud that allows you to activate the Photoshop installation on two machines.  You should be able to re - install Photoshop on your machine turned on. If you can not try using Adobe cleaner. Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  Please try the following steps to resolve this problem:

  1. Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:

     Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

     Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe

  2. Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:

     Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

     Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe

  3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder

  Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
  MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

  Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

  Moreover, I recommend to contact customer service and cancel your subscription.

  We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now.  In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  I hope this fixes things for you!  If it doesn't, please let us know your operating system and version, as well as the steps how you feel.
