  I think that the first questions you need to answer are:

  • Who is your target audience?  Why would they buy your content?
  • What are the browsers currently use this target audience?  (These are the browsers that you will need to press).
  • What operating systems they use? (These are the operating systems, you will need to support).
  • What versions of Flash Player that they use, and they will be able to upgrade to newer versions, if their current version is too old (e.g. pre FP 9.2)?
  • Will the audience or your management requires the course taken and reports?  (If Yes, you'll need an LMS, but the real needs for follow-up and reporting determine LMS THAT you pick).

  What I do is that your target audience determines many factors on the way in which your course content is built and delivered.  So what intel hard as you have on them?

  This means that your keyboard is set to British PC rather than British.  Go to the sources of the system/preferences/keyboard and remove PC British, so it cannot become active.

I think that the European guarantee for (Toshiba) hard disks is 2 years, but this does not apply to readers that are preinstalled in laptops that are covered by the guarantee of the laptop.

  Unless you have taken an extended warranty on your laptop then I don't think you'll be able to get your hard drive replaced under warranty.
