• Need help with the AMD Radeon HD M 8750 + HD 8000 Series Dual Graphics

I recently bought the 15z-j000 ENVY and updated with the AMD Radeon HD M 8750 + HD 8000 Series Dual Graphics. I wanted the dedicated HD 8750 M for games and whatnot. When I opened first to the top of my new laptop, I did a clean install of Windows 8 from a USB key. This completely erased all of the HP preinstalld drivers, software, etc.

I installed the beta drivers for my laptop from the site Web of AMD. Here's my problem. How will I know that my dedicated video card working properly? I ran a few games and they seemed to do as well. But when I checked my system with CPUz and dxdialog it says that I was running the graphics card integrated. How does the dual graphics and how can I make sure I take advantage of my dedicated card. An explanation of the depth and how for the use of the AMD solution dual graphics card would be apprechiated.

I'm no expert on the switchable graphics, but you find the answers to your questions in the Overview of the switchable graphics or Dual GPU or switchable on portable graphics equipped with double GPUS and AMD. Be forewarned however, documents were written for the HP PC using the appropriate HP, drivers if you use the Beta from AMD drivers, then documents may not match what you see on your system.

Hello Forum, Im not good in graphics card. I know in the internet there is a genius people on graphics card. I want to ask Can I improve/replace my current graphics card AMD Radeon HD 8670 m to an AMD Radeon HD 8770 M when I read things on the AMD Radeon HD M 8770, all I get is the 8770M is better suited for laptop 13 inch or more. My laptop is 14 inches as you can see in the name of the product. Does this mean that I can buy the graphics card upgrade and replace The Old One? Also I have not only 1 card graph. I have 2 graphics card which is AMD Radeon 8610 g + AMD Radeon 8670 m Dual Graphics. If I replace the current 8670 m can I Dual Graphics with 8610 g + 8770M? If it doesn't work for Dual Graphics what should I do? My Budget is about 100 + Dollar. I just really want to upgrade for my graphics today to a better because I want to play a H1Z1 called game and other games with graphics way and better performance. Also, do I need to change or get a new CPU, if I want to upgrade the graphics card 8770M? Please give me the best and the BEST answer. It does not take a genius. The answer is simply not and the reason is that the video system is part of the motherboard. There is no upgrade slot, where you can just plug something better and different. With a laptop, you're stuck pretty well with what the factory put there.

• AMD Radeon HD/Intel switchable graphics

Hello

Since I upgraded to window 10 I can't use my AMD Radeon hd graphics card.

and I have not choice on most catalyst to switch from one card to the other, what I can do, basically my computer run only on intel HD graphics card, without any open gl, no games more...

Thank you

I have a hp dv7

HP Pavilion dv7 - 6B 00 series

flcph2015

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the situation is that you should not do the upgrade of Win10. Their upgrade tool has done a really poor job of detecting switchable graphics before the updrade, and as a result, people like you end up with machines that are no longer fully functional. Same thing happened to me.

With switchable graphics, the only work pilots come from OEM making machines, because the material is suitable, so having to be engines. MS does not supply these drivers any more than the video card manufacturers.

So, without driver HP Win10 for your PC, you're stuck with only two results:

(1) keep Win10 and faced with the problem of graphs

(2) to return your PC to the original operating system.

I chose the second because I prefer a PC with an OS more old where everything worked, to a PC with a new operating system, where things don't work.

• AMD Radeon 6450 with two DVI monitors

just bought a new HP Pavilion p7qe with a graphics AMD Radeon 6450. How 2 DVI monitors? I tried a digital dual link DVI, of no separator. I ordered a multi hub adapter, DP DVI 3 screen... who do not work. Help!

Hello

The Radeon 6450 on your PC has three ports; DVI, HDMI, and VGA according to the configurator. Please check this information.

You can use a DVI cable to HDMI. www.pccables.com you can think of an adapter (DVI-HDMI). I do not recommend adapters because they add more points of failure.

• Dual graph: the 2nd card slow down the bad

I have a Mid 2010 Mac pro 2.8 ghz Quad Core with 32 GB of RAM, running two monitors and running a chart double installation with two cards identical to 7950 / 3 GB AMD Radeon HD. I have the cards for two monitors. 1 monitor is connected with a DVI - I cable. The second monitor is older with just VGA connections for what will a VGA cable with a DVI - I adapter. To using each card to power each monitors is probably the problem but there may be a fix on the forum somone help me to implement. Basically, the second map dragging. The mouse jumps and does not respond well to the movement and when I run FCPX GAL of the entire screen. Clicks are delayed and the mouse movement is delayed.

When moving to the second screen powered by the second card, all is well and that responded to the questionnaire. Things get really tough, if I run Geeks3D GPUTest GUI 0.6.1. Dragging graphics screams like crazy. Looks like the fan is going to come off. I'm running a TessMark X 64 (OpenGL 4) trial to full screen, no software rendering to 7680 x 1440 resolution and anti-aliasing on 8 X MSAA. The generated images are beautiful and not fall a framework, but the sounds of the map are horrible. The exercise test and reference. All have solutions? Is it easy to replace the fan? How can I eliminate the LAG and drag? Or is this card about to die?

If any screen has a DisplayPort input, it certainly is the connection of choice. It puts less stress on the maps, because it displays DisplayPort have an internal buffer and the 60 Hz "heartbeat" screen redraw is reduced to mainly the changes. This reduces interruptions on the cards and allows them to calculate at full speed.

Dual display software on Mac OS X is probably "all set to the top" for the end of 2013 Mac Pro configuration, which reserves the second GPU intensive calculation only. NO display on the second card.

Problems of tracking mouse are associated with computers whose CPUs are completely absorbed with a high-performance computing. Have you looked into other performance issues? You have enough RAM? are your processors topping out?

• AMD Radeon HD 6990 compatible with HP p7-1245 diamond? AMD Radeon HD 7450 Crossfire is the best?

I play SWTOR with 25 mb internet and can't play on the spot. Just try to solve the problem of graphics agitated with the AMD Radeon HD 7450 card provided with the desktop HP p7 1245. Wouldn't be better to go with a configuration Crossfire or more powerful card like the diamond AMD Radeon HD 6990 or higher?

Your system won't "Crossfire", "Hybrid Crossfire" or 'Dual AMD graphics card'... whatever you want to call. Only, the system has a PCIe x 16 location and uses Intel GMA on board. Here are the specifications of your desktop HP Pavilion p7-1245. According to specifications, your system has a 300 Watt power supply. To install anything but a low range graphics card, you'll need to replace the power supply. The Corsair CX500 and CX600 are highly recommended and favorite forum. • G505s not start after AMD Radeon HD 7640 G + R5 M200 double put graphic updated

Hi, I have a Lenovo G505s currently running on 10 to win. This weekend, the computer received an automatic update (Windows update) for the AMD Radeon HD 7640 G + R5 M200 Dual Graphics. After this update, the computer does not, with the result a blue screen. I start safe mode, install a driver, and on the next reboot, the system starts. But then, to start the automatic update of windows install the new driver again and the computer stops and cannot be started. A hint anyone?

Thanks in advance.

Good day and welcome to the community.

Sorry, you have any questions.
In your case, you may need to disable the ability of Windows 10 update the drivers for hardware devices.

If you want to explore this, see: http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/stop-automatic-driver-updates-windows-10

The dialog box has changed a bit after update 1511 (10586), but the process of getting it remains the same, and updates the driver through WU Win10 are stuck for me. I've updated one of my Win10 machines for the update of the anniversary and it apears that things are maintained.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards.

• GPU AMD RADEON 7470HD 1 GB GDDR5 vs INTEL HD GRAPHICS 3000

I just don't understand why the intel 3000 much more better than my discrete graphic card graphic AMD Radeon HD 7470, I use a dynamic mode here and I can simply compare the quality vs high performance thing. A good example is I open and play NBA 2 k 12 and it seems that the Intel HD graphics card gave a lot more 'PERFORMANCE' and 'QUALITY' of the game when I changed my GPU to save energy, even if I change the settings of the graphics card Intel for its 3D preference by fully optimizing the 'QUALITY' to 0% Performance It gives even more performance + QUALITY in my NBA 2 k 12 compared to my Radeon 7470HD I've also changed the 3D settings to much higher Performance of 80% and 20% of quality. I always found kind of GALs of the graph + giving poor quality makes me inconvinient to use.

Another thing that was when I tried to change my GPU fixed dynamic mode, and this passage from the high-level sport gives less total aprrox. memory of the "dxdiag", he gives only 786 MB when it is in the type of energy-saving, it gives more its total 1 600 MB memory Aprrox.

IS THIS A PROBLEM FOR MY GPU CARD? I'LL BE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF YOUR OPNION OF THESE. Thank you!

Why is your memory Intel more your AMD brief, who knows, I can tell you that in the information---> components---> display system, is my HD 6770 m ~ RAM 1.00 GB (1 073 741 824 bytes) and Intel adapter is ~ bytes of RAM adapter (1,335,959,552), maybe you should check there.

You can believe me or not (you can take a horse to water, but you can force it to drink) why I believe you get better performance with processors intel compared to the Radeon, this is because the software beast of switching does not work, be said. You don't believe me search this forum you will find enough post where the owners of laptops with switchable graphics are looking for help with graphics there.

Man, I do not see why you just don't try by yourself, if it doesn't work for some reason, or you still believe that the graphics card intel play better change it back, it's not permanent, there is no reason for you to procrastinate.

You say that you want to use Intel to play a game and AMD to play another, what's the problem, what you need to do is right click on the desktop and switch from one to the other and vice versa if necessary or is it too difficult for you to understand. You can't play two games together, so I really don't know why you would even mention it.

FYI the only time where I never use power saving mode is when I am on battery, I have my bet on high performance, really how much money will save you in a year of use of a laptop computer if you switch from high-performance, energy savings depend on what you use your laptop for a little money, not even enough to buy a Merry feast at Mcdonalds?

Man, I'll tell you once and I'm outside here, being able to save those who the game is crazy, those who build platforms of games can spend hundreds of dollars to purchase blocks of power to get as much power as they can in their computers, because it takes a lot of good gaming power, and energy saving are you talking

• What graphics card to replace my AMD Radeon HD 7570?

I had a series of system "blocks" over the past two weeks. I get a warning that the display driver is followed almost immediately by the screen goes black and white and then a blue screen saying something on pilot display and system shutdown to protect themselves. I've seen several posts on noisy fans on the AMD Radeon HD 7570... Here is the config of the system:

• [Incompatibility problem] Graphics Intel HD 4000 & AMD Radeon HD 7650 M

Hey everybody,

To keep things short and simple, I have a problem with the help of my 7650M AMD Radeon HD video card.

I searched through many forums/articles and I have leared that my laptop (HP ProBook 4540) includes two video cards integrated; Graphics card Intel HD 4000 & AMD Radeon HD 7650 M (2 GB); to reduce the battery consumption. I attributed to some games to run in high-performance such as Skyrim, but simply, I find no difference. It always seems to run on 'weak' parameters and I'm sure that my card can do much better!

I have visitied the Intel site and I've updated all my drivers later, including the Intel driver. Although, when I did and after I restarted my computer, I get a message from the Catalyst Control Center saying that my AMD driver is disabled and I need to download the latest driver or enable it in Device Manager. What I did then is I visited HP website and I downloaded the 8.951.6 'last' AMD driver. Notice how I used in quotes, so drivers are quite old; almost a year to be precise!

I also tried to download the latest drivers on Radeon site, but I can not simply because I get a message saying that I have incompatible drivers!

Useful information that may or not there:

Mobile: HP ProBook 4540 s

Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I appreciate all help.

You can go there!

Download "LATER" (really late!) Intel HD and Drivers Radeon on "HP SITE.

(1) go to the Device Manager.
(2) to the list of graphics cards, uninstall the drivers Radeon and Intel HD.
(3) as soon as you uninstall both drivers, your system will run on edge VGA adapter, so all the icons and the Office will take place on the resolution of 640 x 480.
(4) now restart PC.
(5) now install driver Intel HD that you downloaded.
(6) restart the PC.
(7) now, your system will work on resolving Native 1366 * 768.
(8) now install the Radeon drivers in Express mode.
(9) to restart the PC.
(10) always restart the PC, go to the BIOS settings, check switchable/dynamic graphs.
(11) now run AMDCCC.
(12) power adapter plug. Switch to recommended power HP plan.
(13) run your favorite game. Assignment mode it 'high performance '.
(14) enjoy!

I hope this helps you!

• I can swap AMD Radeon with a nVidia GTX 770 on an Aspire 5560

I want to replace my Radeon AMD with an nVidia GeForce GTX 770. But what I can? Anyone know if I can exchange my old graphics card with an nVidia? I ask because some portable computers desktop computers have welded parts. So anyone know if I can swap out? Any help would be appreciated

Now, Trig, your laptop has a dedicated memory card, so it can be toggled.

I don't know why you want to pass to the AMD Radeon HD 2 6740. A review panned, pointing out that there is driver with this dual-core video card problems. I want to emphasize that driver problems are common when you change the hardware (and even software) of a laptop. Here is the link to the review:

http://www.notebookcheck.NET/AMD-Radeon-HD-6740G2.57275.0.html

I found a comment on a computer that is using a card of this series, and the review explained that there are problems to get the benefits of these two hearts.
