  Hello. I have a project of first Pro CS5.5. I propose multimedia documents from a Canon T3i and a Canon HF20. All HD.

  The project is about an hour and sometimes includes up to 4 video layers. The T3i being held in hand I wanted to stabilize this film I did the following.

  Right click on the clip in the timeline and chose to replace it with after effects Comp. This puts me in AE and I can add the stabilizer of the chain. Pretty easy.

  Well I did it for 6 clips, tool to always apply the stabilizer, but when all was said and done, it was beautiful.

  Then I started the rendering process and went to bed. Well this morning I noticed in the final that has made all the T3i (stabilized AE clips) were absent.

  Then I noticed they were all linked to the same source clip. If I change this clip, then all the AE comps has changed.

  They were great last night.

  Any thoughts?

  I re - do now but it takes 2 hours at best.

  Dear ioeuropa (sorry, I couldn't resist),

  Don't name your source or your projects with sequential numbers or AE comps clips.  It interferes with the functionality of increment of AE and results in all dynamically linked clips pointing to the same clip and Save.

  Yes, usable only between the same dynamic link versions products. You can complete rditing and export a first Pro CC and take it to After Effects for further editing, but dynamic linking is not possible in this case.

  This means that the update of the firmware is for the PLAYER, not the computer, it is attached. You download the firmware even on computer, then transfer the fom the computer firmware to the drive. The MSC part refers to the USB mode on the player. You use the MSC mode because the alternative (MTP mode) is a Windows thing.

  I think you have two choices, I have used and tested any of them, so it's quite reading.

  (1) content - in this case manager you'd download link managed by your specific applications - I think it will take an effective link

  The difficult thing is to synchronize the video with the music.

  The best way to do it is when I use Premiere Pro. I'll put markers and drag-and - drop the footages to the markers and I'm done.

  BUT: I want to insert cool transition effects and other things for the final film. This is the point when Premiere Pro is not the right choice.

  I inserted the sound file und adjust the compositions of the music video. I've always had to hold down the Ctrl key to hear what is on the way of the music.

  This is a really complicated in After Effects workflow.

  I would like to have the Premiere Pro compfortability with respect to the correction of color and adjustment-music-video and the benefits of After Effects to make cool transitions and other effects.

  Weclome to the forum.

  I would do that with Track Matte Keying. You can create a cache in the Titler, with the Ellipse tool, place it above the video and apply Track Matte Keying effect, linking to the mast on 2 tracks video, or higher.

  This ARTICLE goes into detail, but it uses a dupe of the music video, to create other Visual effects. The mechanisms are the same, just without video dupe.
