  We have difficulties to get the 32-bit coldfusion11 to work on a 64-bit windows 8.1 computer.

  I followed all the steps in the thread 500 error after installing on Windows 8.1 CF11

  but we still have a problem when we run the admin page 'http://localhost/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm'.

  It returns "HTTP error 500.0 - Internal Server Error" and we were unable to find a solution.

  All managers appear to be installed correctly and we put the application pool by default "true" to enable 32-bit applications... (PS tried both true and false no difference)

  and security settings are all set to "full control".

  Any help on this is greatly appreciated

  Test B:

  1. Can you create a test site in IIS and place a test html and a test cfm page.
  2. Now, go to the html page, and it must be rendered in the browser.
  3. Now, create a connector on the site and access to test html code and test page cfm
  4. If you get the 500 error, then make sure the number of bits of CF and IIS.
  5. Otherwise, if you get 500.19 or any other error, please ensure that you have the permissions on \ColdFusion11\config\wsconfig\

  It does not really matter lightroom 4 will access your catalogs in lightroom 3 and adopt as their own. If you really think that should be deleted lightroom 3, go ahead. your files should be fine.

  Whenever I try to update my current installation of Lightroom (5.7.1 64bits) 6 Lightroom, I got the following error:

  What I've done so far without success:

  • I have re downloaded the installer from the Adobe website
  • I followed the steps listed here errors 'Exit Code 6' and ' exit 7 "Code install Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements .
    • Solution 2: does not apply to me because I do not have an Adobe folder in / applications.
    • Solution 5: does not apply to me because I don't not installed Air
    • Solution 6: I saw the log files, but there are no other relevant error codes or information part of the message has already been mentioned
    • Solution 7: file permission altered in the folder Application Support/Adobe/installers/adobeTemp
  • I also tried to rename the Adobe folder under/Library/Application Support / Adobe
  • I tried to install the upgrade and reinstall the older version of Lightroom 5.7

  Other options to make it work?

  Unfortunately this does not work, I tried this solution.

  Finally, I fixed the issue download and reinstall the creative cloud application. After that, I managed to successfully install Lightroom. IMHO this makes no sense since it is the LR stand-alone version, but anyway at least now I can use the software.
