  Hi gurus,
  I have a requirement where I need to organize the reports that are on the dashboard as a link. For example, I have 3 reports like this.
  
  The report of sales invoice report purchase order.
  
  Now I want to organize these 3 reports on the dashboard links
  
  Sales report
  The invoice report
  Purchase order status
  
  Let's say when the user click the sales link report it should show the full report with the guests. Is it possible to do in dashboards. Help, please.

  If you want reports such as link in the dashboard, then drag the report to the dashboard and go to his peroperties. Select the link in the dashboard option. You can add all the reports dashboard and choose this option. This will make the reports appear as links.

  If you select any value command prompt and click on the go button pushing values apply as filters to these reports.

  Earlier I tried "% 2Fcatalog % 2Fshared % 2FFiles%2FArchive%2F23.txt" part is wrong way kindly structure...

  Try it you're url like this:

  mine is the job file that I called like that... below see url

  If any sapce b & w the path of the folder to use %20 in the url of tha

  I recently received BIC2G VMware Oracle demo and found a feature I'll have trouble reproducing a certain feature.
  
  Sometimes the links of the dashboard in the dashboards page header are links to files that contain dashboards, that displays a drop-down list to select the specific dashboard when you click on it, while the other links are direct links to specific dashboards.
  
  Can someone tell me how to view the folder of dashboard in the dashboards page header when there are several dashboards in the folder?

  I think it depends on the groups. What you have in your interactive dashboards manage?
  Also, please check your presentation catalog. Ideally, you should see the structure of the dashboard there as well.

• Not able to change the dashboard analysis knowledge

  I am applying 8.5.1.4 patch for OBIEE by following instructions from '8.5.1.4_README.htm' below:

  Apply the changes of knowledge analysis dashboard Connection to Oracle knowledge Analytics using a link http://< host_name >: 7001/analytical Go to the dashboard of knowledge analysis on the dashboards tab Change the dashboard Click the Properties tab 'Text 1' under the Column1-> Section 1 to replace the HTML in step 7.

  Ok. If it was a browser issue. Things were not visible correctly on Chrome (ver 37) and IE (version 11). I then tried on IE (version 9) and Firefox (ver 32) and it worked!

• Auto-refresh an analysis in the dashboard

  I use OBIEE 11.1.1.6.0. I have indicated in my dashboard analysis (I'm not showing the link refresh to this analysis in the dashboard). The database is loaded automatically every 5 minutes and BI server cache is disabled. Therefore, I have to automatically refresh the analysis (not the dashboard) every 5 minutes, so that the analysis can show the latest data.
  
  How can I call the link of the updating of the analysis (even if I'm not show in the dashboard) every 5 minutes? Is it possible to create a JavaScript script that call this link Refresh every 5 minutes? Or y at - it alternative to achieve this requirement?

  This procedure will reset the configuration of your dashboard to the default value.

  Back up all data before proceeding.

  Please triple - click anywhere in the line below on this page to select:

  defaults delete com.apple.dashboard layer-gadgets && killall Dock

  Copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination.

  Launch the Terminal application integrated in one of the following ways:

  ☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

  ☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

  ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

  Paste in the Terminal window by pressing the command-V key combination. I tested these instructions only with the Safari browser. If you use another browser, you may need to press the return key after pasting.

  Wait for a new line ending with a dollar sign ($) below what you entered. You can then quit Terminal. Test.

  It depends on your condition. First of all, it does not resemble a dashboard for me. Please refer any Application package for dashboards. For example, in Issue Tracker home page

  If I have 10 regions to report, and I have to view respective regions when I click on the button/link. then I'll go with

  Create 10 pages, one for each report

  * Create a region of the 'list' in Page 0 with the condition only show in over 10 pages. And this list will have links at the top of the pages. And you can change "List template" according to your requirement. (Horizontal or Vertical, etc..)

  It will be useful.

  You can check below blog to add links to the list of links that are already present on the dashboard (more products answers, dashboard, etc.)

  In step 2, you can add the below HTML immediately after the < tr > tag.

  < td class="@{classPrefix}ActionCell" > < a href = "mailto:[email protected]" target = "_blank" > link Mail < /a > < table > < td class="@{classPrefix}Sep" >-< table >.

  Make sure you follow each step in this blog carefully. In particular, make sure that don't directly edit you the XML, rather to make a copy of it, edit it and save it in the folder customMessages.

• Links side by side in the dashboard

  I have a dashboard with a report page as well as two links in the section. For the report, I have chosen to report links, 'Refresh' and 'download '. Both appear next to each other. The other links are links to other pages in the dashboard I created, currently they appear under the 'Refresh-Download' link and one under the other. Is it possible, I may make it appear next to each other, also is there a way I can make them appear next to the refresh like this - discount download link - download - Dashboard1 - Dashboard2?
