  Hello!

  I have a mondified an existing edge animate animation and want to renew the oam file.

  Tried the location where the old is stored, but also a new location on my desk.

  Whatever it is, I get the following error message:

  Not able to create the package of Cloud Files/Kohenderiks.nl/illustraties/publish_animate/Users/peterriemslagbaas/Creative output folder.

  Of course, I did that the parent location exists and is writable.

  However, the error message keeps coming back...

  Any idea of what could help out me?

  I also tried to save directly to my office, however, the same message appeared.

  Can't explain why, but later I published through another computer and here I don't have the message above... weird huh?

  In this post, I understand that it is not currently possible to place .oam animations in InDesign.

  Edge has a Web publishing option, which generates output an html, images and javascript files folder.

  How can I add these pages to my EPUB created in InDesign? I use the version of 2014, with the option to export of fixed provision.

  I guess it's a question or add my items to the manifest and rename the HTML that Edge gives me... But I guess there are many more steps.

  I am trying to call a function to return a set of rows with BI Publisher. When I want to look at the data on the 'Data' tab, I get "Failed to load XML".

  Here are the steps I took:

  No other programs open files animated, edge but Edge isn't going anywhere, it's just is no longer in development, a link to the software remains still in the clouds creative and will in the foreseeable future.

• BI Publisher fail to get the sample data

  We have a BI Publisher integrated with OBIEE 11.1.1.6.2. We try to create reports BEEP using the analysis to OBIEE existing. When I create the data of existing OBIEE analysis model, it allows me to select the existing analyses of the shared folder and together created him, but when I hit the sample data database create he does nothing. He simply display a blank page. I checked the connection to the database (via BI Publisher manage) and his works fine. Any idea what's going wrong here? No matter what pointer that log file, configuration file, should I be looking to investigate more?

• Download animate onboard video problem

  I'm trying to add a video to my project of edge animate, but every time I have to complete the process, it does not appear in the library.  Here's the process I followed:

  1. in the library panel, I click on the + sign next to the tab video

  2. the Browse dialog and I find the video and double click it to add it to the ship's library animate

  3. Animate edge paused for a second, then seems to be ready to continue, but the video never shows up in the library

  The film was created in Premiere Pro. I exported it as a high definition H.264 movie. The file is 760 MB.  The title of the film is Yellowstone.mp4.

  I am able to download other movies that are the same H.264 codec with the .mp4 extension.

  Is there a limit to the size of the video files to animate dashboard?

  When you add any video to the animated project, the video gets copied from the selected location in the folder of composition of edge.

  Your video is very large, it takes a while to copy. And if the copy fails internally, then it will not appear in the library.

  Workaround solution:

  First save the publication somewhere.

  And then manually, copy all these videos of large size in the media of the publication folder.

  Then it will automatically show under Vidoe Library.

• With the help of event with edge to animate and to Captivate listeners

  I just finished to design and develop a custom table of contents on board animate and connected to "get/set" information of Captivate 9.0.2. When you click on a button of Captivate within the project, it will trigger the animation of the table of contents to play, information display you. However, the narrow closure of TOC button is edge animate. When you click the close button in the animation animate dashboard, the animation of the table of contents will reverse play. I also nicely put in place so that the audio/video on the Captivate slide will pause when the table of contents is visible and continue to play when the table of contents are hidden.

  Here's my problem: when you reach the end of the slide and open the edge animate TOC everything behaves as it should. When you then close the border lead the table of contents, the Captivate project continues to play to advance to the next slide. I need that remains in pause/stop until the learner clicks on the button "Next" to move forward. I'll have a hard time integrating event listeners CPAPI_MOVIEPAUSE, CPAPI_MOVIERESUME and CPAPI_MOVIESTOP while maintaining a successful communication between Captivate and animate dashboard. Does anyone know how to get there? Thank you!
