  Please you naviagate to the control panel and uninstall Edge. Restart your machine, launch desktop CC, check the selected language and try to install again. • Why animate Edge not working correctly in Muse?

  I have problems with edge animations animate working constantly in Muse.  I import properly and test it in a browser, and it works very well.  And then I test again and preloaded tracks forever and the film edge never charge.  Are there known issues with Edge and Muse?  I know there have been problems with the edge of the last months and maybe that's the problem here.  But in the meantime it is very frustrating.

  BTW, I'm on a 13 "MacBookPro retina which runs the latest version of Yosemite and all my Adobe apps are up-to-date.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Windows 8 gave me a 2503 error when you try to uninstall edge of reflow through the windows uninstall program. I searched several words of kew for reflow folder location and found nothing. I went and deleted the registry values for the reflow (temp Installer strings just age). Yet the CC sees as installed.

  How does the customer detect what is installed?

  I tried Installer 64 bit, no dice. Still an error 2503 and 2502.

  I did some research on error 2503 and 2502 more. I checked all permissions and all files and they were all correct. I had already deleted a string of folder with files in it names under C:\windows\installers and edge still show in the CC of reflow client. I found a script that checks the Installer files are used in this directory. I deleted those who were not and no CC customer sees no installed Edge more.

  As to the cause. I think that it is when I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1. Several of my uninstalled apps themselves and in my opinion, that's why I discovered my adobe products were not where / except for Edge of reflow. It must have been a mistake isolated to not get rid of an installation package.

  Thank you very much for your help and I hope that this information can be used to help others.

  In fact, I came across another related question. I went to uninstall to make sure it was fixed, is represented in 2503 and 2502. I tried to uninstalled via the control panel. Did not work. I went into the Windows Installer and manually click the .msi file. He went up to copy the files and then errors pop up again with converted edge still installed. It seems that the issues are always on my end, I need to configure permissions.

  This means the problems were caused by Windows 8, trying to circumvent those permissions to uninstall the program in 8.1, couldn't and just delete the files leaving an impure directory. I'll see how to solve this problem.

  UPDATE:

  I had to terminate explorer.exe and started upward with admin privledges through task managers. It well the uninstall program (in the Windows Installer directory) to work to a point. Now, I'm getting "a network error occurred trying to read the file: 'C:\windows\installer\edge_Reflow_preview_7_LREF.msi'" which has then uninstall restores the actions and Edge is always installed.

  However, running the windows control panel uninstall program worked, and the CC customer sees no edge. Also, I just realized the title card for edge of reflow, 8.1 Windows is not supported. 8.1 Windows screwed a lot of installation packages more compatibility with the permissions.

  If you receive the error 80072efe or 80080008 when you use Windows Store, the cause may be an interruption of the connection between your computer and the Windows Update service.

  Here are a few methods you can try to solve this problem.

  Method 1: Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.

  Open and run the Windows Update Troubleshooter to fix the problem automatically.

  Method 2: Run the troubleshooter for Internet connections.

  Open the network troubleshooter utility by hitting at full speed in the straight edge screen, quilting search (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then clicking search), inbound to identify and repairin the search box, and then tapping or identify and repair network problems.

  Method 3: Restart the Windows update service and check.

• Can not install Adobe Flash Professional trial versions

  So I hope that now that I'm not the only one with the issue of not being able to install a trial version of Adobe Flash Professional, whatever version it is, whenever I tried to install, it gave me an error with Adobe Flash Professional, being the only thing that was not installed during the set up.

  Adobe does not sell older versions of their software (CS6 except for now).  If you wanted to buy an older version, you will need to find and try your luck with a third-party provider.

  As well as not being not able to install any version, please provide further details such as the version (s) and how you attempt installation... it looks like you are trying to do with other applications involved.  In addition, your system itself could be the reason why you cannot install older versions, so if find you details of that it will be useful for anyone who is trying to help you solve this problem.

  IPA generated without any problem. But still no application not installed on the device automatically.

  So I have to manually install the app from iTunes. And of course debugging does not work. It is very annoying and time consuming.

  Tried a few iOS devices to this provisioning profile with the same result. No auto-install.

  I saw at least two variants of this, my guess is that when it came down to the part of the installation, it either fails silently as you, or in some cases progress edition never ends, and I Force Quit animate.

  I discovered only today but the IPA has been done at this point. Previously I would reopen Animate, and more than likely the next test I did install ok. Now that I know that the IPA is already there, I'm using Xcode to my devices. Look at the devices window, select the connected device and drag the IPA in the list of applications. It is much faster to use iTunes.

  So... how cool was THAT? It's back to the normal installed application office of the "latest Versions" CC list - and it was just an update. Everything is now updated - in versions of 2015.   Take care and you can continue learning edge animate without worry!

• Animate edge pushing DIVs lower down on the page.

  When I do my animation animate edge sensitive (and placed in dreamweaver) when you are looking for in a browser, it pushes all the div beneath him to the bottom of the page, leaving an unsightly below space. As I adapted the page down, the gap between my animation and divs bottom becomes more pronounced making unsightly page and unfortunately I can not use the animation. It happens when I'm an animation where the width is 960 pixels and its height about 300 pixels. I followed all the steps correctly. I tried all sorts of workarounds without success.

  It's been long enough that I have first encounter this problem. During which I had to pluck some of the lovely flowers that I had created for my site, because of this very frustrating problem. I am about to launch a new site, and I hope for the love of God someone found a solution to this problem very very frustrating. Apart from this, I find edge animate a fantastic program. I saw many others who have the same problem no solution at hand. Thanks for your time, I hope to hear a response from someone soon

  I had solved it. I could not download the program, but when I got the option in the form of creative clouds (with all the other adobe programs) it worked.

• AE warning: Adobe Bridge is not installed - if it is installed and updated.

  When I want to animate text in AE I get a pop up window reading: "WARNING: Adobe Bridge is not installed"- but it is installed and updated.

  Nothing worked, and Adobe was no help after hours of troubleshooting. I'm not a person very smart tech... but what I ended up doing was to keep the newly updated of the bridge... but uninstalled version the version recently updated to After Effects and replaced with a version degraded under "previous versions" tab in the application section of the window of creative (after effects CC 15) cloud. Now, it recognizes and opens the bridge preset animations.

  FYI - If you are already familiar with these presets... and do not require a thumbnail to see... you can always use them with the latest AE update. Under the "window" above... click on 'effects and presets'... a list of them will be in this... but yet again, you won't see a thumbnail of the animation.

  I hope that Adobe will understand this issue and fix it as soon as possible. Very annoyed with them right now.

  In any case, I hope this helps... Please let me know if it worked for you as well.

  Are you running Windows XP? Animate edge is not supported on this system. If you log your creative cloud account, on the right there is a sign that looks like this:

  

  Click the Edge animate (purple) and it will take you to the download apps screen:

  

  Just click on the download link and the download will begin. If you need additional help, the thread below has more information on troubleshooting. Let me know if you need further help or clarification. I hope this helps!

• animations of edge not always begin

  Hi, I have an animation of edge I want to insert into an article of dps.

  I published the file .oam then inserted one in indesign. I gave him the AutoPlay feature and test.

  the animation isn't always play, some time it starts after a round trip of another article.

  The animation is a simple animation without code or interaction, it does not anywhere any stop().

  I even tried to import it as html and not .oam, but with the same result.
