  Hey there,

  I build a model of a set of 300 x 1050 ads in Adobe Edge. The device contains video elements. When I preview the edge file, everything works perfectly. However, once that I downloaded my files to our hosting company (we are download Cyberduck), everything works EXCEPT the video.   No idea why this is happening? I have built similar ads before, but have never run on this issue. :-/ Any ideas would be much appreciated!

• Dynamic gallery appears not once uploaded to FTP

  Hi, I built this gallery dynamic page that displays images using a component of the user interface loading.
  When I test the movie in Flash Gallery load and displays the external image without any problems. However, once the HTML and the SWF file are upoladed online you can see everything correctly but the clickable thumbnails does not open any image.
  In the FTP I keep the exact same path as my directory.
  The code says

  I see in the your Web host directory tree that all your jpg have all caps for their extensions (fashion1. JPG, not fashion1.jpg). If you change the path in the Flash or change the names of files that it works. Often, your local computer OS cares caps vs non-caps, while web servers are often cured, and in this case your web server only.

  To test this, if you put "' http://www.erinbarry.co.uk/staging/PICTURES/FASHION/fashion1.jpg ' in the path of the browser, you get a"404 Not Found"error." If change you it to "' http://www.erinbarry.co.uk/staging/PICTURES/FASHION/fashion1.JPG ' you get the picture."

Same problem if the content was maps or satellite pix. Reset solved the problem.

  Formerly the download window showed the State of the download in process and retained a list of files downloaded until I deleted from the list. Now an empty download window appears automatically when I download a file. The window does not reflect the status of the download, download name, etc.. But there is no display of downloaded files.   Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

  I don't know why the computer does not show the printer offline, but I would be happy to provide help to try and get communicating them again!

  The first thing I would suggest is to power cycle all the devices.  Remove the power to the printer, shut down the computer and remove the power to the router.  Wait 20 seconds, then reconnect the router.  Wait for the lights on the router to return.

  Plug the printer in and turn on the computer.  Once all devices are back on, try printing again.

  If this does not work then I would recommend uninstalling the HP software.  Once the uninstall is complete, it would be wise to perform a cleanup of the computer disk. A disk cleanup will improve the performance of the computer and remove the temporary files that may cause problems during the installation of the software. Once disk cleanup you must restart the computer and reinstall the HP software.

  In more of Bruce's response, if you lost messages (and it seems you if messages do not appear) and then check your Inbox for a bak file is a backup of the dbx file that you can restore.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#2 and see point 4 on retrieving the messages.  I suspect the problem is due to having interference from antivirus software because it is probably what causes this loss, then see item 3 on this page also, as noted in Bruce.

  I created an animation and uploaded to wordpress.com.  Using Firefox, I went to the site to play the animation.  But the animation is not displayed.  I checked it with the Safari browser.  And the animation appeared and it worked fine.  Why it won't work in Firefox?  I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash and installed.  And I have the latest version of Firefox on my Mac computer.  Someone will fix the please my problem?  Thank you.

  Thank you all for your information.  I found the problem.  It's a security issue with flash in Wordpress.com.  And if I want to have the .swf file appear I need to use the functionality of content not secure disable the site.

• Animation is not at all - white screen in the browser

  It's my first project on the edge and I'm a little frustrated because my animation does not appear in the browser after you download it. The preview works very well. The display of the URL, but the screen is totally blank. I use Fetch to download and have verified that the path is 100% correct. I even saved the file under a different file name (including of course the .js files) and in another place, but with no result after having downloaded a second time. I am a Mac user and I have a CC-all my software account is updated with the latest versions. I also tried several browsers, with no luck.

  I read another thread from March/April (TJ) which addresses the same problem, but the user never found a solution and had to go back to an older version of the edge to make it work.

  Are there technical requirements for the server?
