  I have an entry form on a table with multiple select LOV lists and a text field. To facilitate data entry, the user wants to create several records, one at a time, staying on the same page of the form. Integrated features APEX adds the record and returns the user to the page of report.
  
  The user wants to create the first record by clicking the Create button, stay on the form with all the values LOV (not clearing cache), change one or two choice LOV and the text field and click the button "Create and create another". The user will stay on the form before clicking on the button "Cancel".
  
  I've changed the direction on the form to call himself. Text field and LOV values remain, but the 'Create' button disappears to add another. Of course, I need to run the process Get PK to get the following for the new record sequence number.

  If you use the default configuration, I believe you want to erase the PK field (and now others) on the branch similarly to "Create and create another", as it is the default criterion to determine if the Create button is shown.

  Hi - I've never asked a question here - forgive me if I am doing it wrong. I am trying to add a digital signature field in Acrobat DC, so it can be signed to the reader by someone other than me. (A digital step type that DC will draw to you or allow you to draw yourself.) I can do the fields but they do not work. The signature fields used to have little flags in the corner of the box that indicates that they were ready to be signed. My steps consist of:

  Select Tools - prepare forms. I click on the "this document requires signature. Automatic detection is on.

  Next, I check the automatically created fields. I tried to just change the properties of the signature signature box and I also tried drawing signature block or a right signature (not sure what the difference is) , I noticed that under "More" there «return it to the form acrobat.» When I do I get the message that "Acrobat will now NEA Acroform - click ok to continue"-I made and save - can I save again with the new name of 'Save as another' to activate the form. So I check the form in Reader, but it does not work! What I am doing wrong? I used to be able to do that!  I tried other ways, but DC wants me to a digital signature for me (I already have one!)   I'm working on the creation of a form that has a secondary form that can be repeated as many times as the user wants. There is a button 'Add' that creates an instance of the secondary on the form form, when you click on it.

  The secondary form I have 5 numeric fields say a1 - a5 and 1 field b1 which is the sum of all these 5 fields.

  On the main screen, I have a 2 fields - say t1 and f1.

  The requirement is t1 = f1 + b1 + (instance sous-forme 2 B1) + (sub-form instance 3's b1) + and so on... .depending on as many instances sub-shape there that the user adds.

  I created actions using the Action Builder such as when none of the a1 to a5 fields are out, b1 will be updated with the sum of a1 - a5. At the same time t1 will be updated with the sum of f1 and b1.

  This works very well for 1 instance of the form under. But when click on 'Add' and a second instance of the secondary form is added, then the script does not work as it did for the first instance of the secondary form. So for all instances of the subshape added, when values are added to a1 - a5 and the fields are exist, b1 not updated.

  How can I fix?

  "The total number of hours worked this week" are the t1 I was talking about. See how it is updated when values are entered in all areas of the time. It works great with the default instance of the form on T100/strategic/advantage customer information as well. But when I click on the button "Add Customer" to add another instance of the form sub, it does not work as expected.

  Please let me know if it is still is not clear and I can explain the problem.

  My goal here is to pass the form to the cfc as a structure. I can then loop through the structure and create a list of keys and values. I also tried to create a chain of values in javascript before the call to cfc code, but ive problems, because a large part of each form is dynamic.

  There is an easier way to your cfc without home page refresh.  Submit your form to a .cfm page within a very small iframe.  Then this .cfm file can send the form as a structure to your PPC.

  I completed a form to complete with a signature box (it is a registration form) to send to the users. I got responses that say (based on the extended rights) that the form can be completed and saved but not signed or signed and completed but not recorded.

  I have a requrement in which I'm supposed to display a checkbox based on the selection of the value to the employee type drp down.
  
  Thus, for example, if the field of employee type is selected with a value of 'Entrepreneur', a box should appear on the user profile form. If the value is anythign to another aprt of the contractor, the form should not display this box.
  
  Any ideas if this can be achieved OOB or it would require customization to the JSPs?

  1. the user must have acrobat DC even use the service to "fill"?

  2. can I create a form that users can fill with the exception of the signature? Once filled, they would be able to print the pdf to office form to sign and fax in. My client must be HIPPA compliant and is cautious of the GIS online.

  Yes you can import data to a PDF file from another data file using option "Import data" in Acrobat. AXI supports the .fdf, the .xfdf, the .xfd, .xml and .txt file formats.   I use LiveCycle CS3 and I would like to create a form that allows the user to add an image. Is this possible and if so, how?

  In LiveCycle, you can add an ImageField object library to the form...

  Execution, the user can click on the image and choose an image file in the local system and the display of the form.

  Make sure you check the image embed checkbox in the properties of the ImageField. Otherwise, the image may not be retained if you open the same file in another machine...

• Another question on the appeal of a Web Form to a form of Client-Server

  Thanks to this forum, I was able to get my Client-Server (6i) form to call a Web Form and pass it a parameter. Unfortunately, this code displays the user name and password in the Internet Explorer address bar. Although not critical, I would like to delete the user name and password to be visible. I am able to do this in the Web form code below because it calls JavaScript that will hide the address bar - but the WEB. Function SHOW_DOCUMENT is not available in the form of Client-Server.
  
  So my question is whether it is possible to convert the code 'Customer Forms Server' below which is called my Web form using similar JavaScript functionality that is present in the 'Web Forms Code' example below? I want the server code to use the javascript functionality because I want to hide the address bar (which currently shows the users Username and Password).

  Looks like Forms 6i PL/SQL version does not correctly convert to hex.
  That's what you can do:
