Another unhappy customer

I guess I'm one of many, but I am disgusted with Adobe renewal policy.

I signed up for 1 year of product at a price and got automatically renewed on February with a new higher price.

1. I have received an email on my account in auto-renouvele

2. it is impossible to turn off auto-renewal on the site. And customer support told me that it is only possible to ask on the 12th month of the 1 year plan. Therefore, the shadow. It is a deliberately trap and obstacle for getting people to sign a year more like I did.

3. No, I did not renew another year. I have financial difficulties, and it's getting be in trouble each month. But if I want to cancel I have to pay 50% of every month, I always left! I guess it's written somewhere, but of course was very well hidden the first time that I'm subscribed.

This is not a subscription. It is a prison. And even if legal, political Adobe on this subscription lack of integrity and ethics.

I'm going to pay this year with great difficulty but don't worry. As soon as it ends, I'll never pay another dime for an Adobe product.

And I know that nothing will be done, but I'm going to spread this on social networks, so I can warn others to not make my mistake.

I am a teacher in a creative school with more than 250 students. Whenever they ask my opinion on creative cloud, they will get a.

Adobe to shame. It wasn't your currency years ago.

I had a cinema house Sony DVD player and have always had a Sony TV in my house. Well, after reading messages in this community and my own experience of service of poor warranty coverage, I can't justify spending more money on a company that produces poor quality products and does not stand behind what they sell.

    It made me so frustrated that I'm making it a campaign of my friends to do several clients potential warning on any website that sells, comments or articles on Sony products. Don't get caught in the trap of Sony.

  • Unhappy customer with ThinkPlus support.

    Hi all

    I was wondering how I can join the team of customer complaints?

    I paid more than 300 million dollars for the ThinkPlus and Service support on-site the next business day, but I've known customer service extremely subpar. Here is what happened:

    1. when the business day next is on-site Service Technician came and installed my WWAN card, he wired the wrong atennas. With the blue antenna cable wired by HAND and the Red antenna cable connected to the power supply I had to read a service manual and not the rewiring myself and finally got my mobile broadband to work. It was in December 2010.

    2. I recalled recently about problems of overheating/WWAN support with my X201T and I was told by the technical support engineer may not solve the problem immediately and he would give me a call back the next day, it was before March 28 (I forgot the exact day of the call, but I still have the service number). However, he never did. I called back 4 times to try to reach the representative. Twice, he was out of service and twice, he was busy with others. I was told that a notice was sent to him and he would return my call without delay. Well, since a week has passed and I have not received a reminder.

    3. as I did receive a call back after a week. I tried calling new and talked to another technician to see if he can solve my problem. However, he said simply, I post 1 year service warranty. However, I said very clearly my S/N number and even visit the Lenovo warranty site which States very clearly that I don't have the extended warranty that I claimed. It wouldn't check. I don't think he took even worth checking out if he correctly typed S/N (I guess, because when I told him to check again, he just immediately tells me the same thing). I asked to be transferred to his supervisor, politely, but he said they are all busy and notified to them, and I had received a call back as soon as possible. There is however, no reminder. No messages have been left in my voice mail either.

    4. then I had to try to solve my problem on Lenovo forums. Fortunately, someotherguy has been able to answer my questions, but he was not able to solve the problem.

    So which one should I go to to help solve this problem? I have both the service request ID's and records that I call for technical support. I have even the names of the technicians. I spent more than 300 million dollars on the extended warranty and I end up having to do my own work and try to fix it myself. This is really not acceptable.

    My machine type is 0831 with S/N xxxxxxx. I'm very dissatisifed with service from Lenovo I thought used to be good.

    Any help and feedback is much appreicated.

  • First Pro CC flickers, after - unhappy customer

    Hello I got a very annoying problem with Premiere pro CC 2014 (with the latest update, released in November, has also happened before the update).

    Some parts of my video will wobbles, but it appears after rendering.  I can watch the video very well in a sequence and it does not blink.

    I have try the reposting of the project and the flicker appears in another part of the video instead.  It's so random and I feel like I have no control or the ability to fix

    I have provided a video link to show the problem I'm having.  This video is from different projects, filmed in a different light scenarios and different cameras. All have it.  The only thing they all have in common, it's that I used the RGB curves to bring blacks and adjust the highlights.

    The footage was shot on the Panasonic GH3 and Panasonic HMC150.  All filmed in 24ps.  I'm also out of 24 fps video.  The examples in the video I showed all were saved in different formats such as h.264 for the web, Blu - ray h.264 and mpeg2-Bluray. It seems that the format does not have a difference, she sparkles anyway.

    It is also not lighting because it happens even outside in the light of the Sun, and if it's flickering light I experience the issue on my camera while they were filming or at least would see when editing.  But it appears only after I return.

    I made using the engine of Cuda graphics card

    Windows 8

    Intel core I7 processor

    NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 ti

    8 GB ram

    I have a similar problem with a video flicker but it caused by applying an effect to an adjustment layer. If I apply the effect directly on each video there is no flicker.

  • Cannot cancel - very unhappy customer

    I have been a loyal user of Adobe Photoshop 4 back in the 1990s.

    I signed up for a creative cloud Abobe the first day he came available.

    Last month my Bill climbed from $ 39.99 to $69.99 with absolutely no notice or warning.

    (I understand that it was because the previous rate was for 2 years)

    I tried to contact Adobe support when I first noticed the increase in the fee,

    but was left waiting for more than 20 minutes and I had to go.

    When I could finally get their hands on support to cancel my subscription

    the man said I couldn't cancel my subscription without paying cancellation fees of $300.

    He also said that they cannot cancel an account after 15 days in the new year. It has been 18 days in my case.

    I have not received absolutely no advance notice of the rate increase or renewal of contract!

    I wish to cancel for a few months and then return,

    But the way I'm dressed, I am that far leaving adobe forever products!

    We (my company) bought Adobe Connect Professional with a support and maintenance plan. The problem I encounter is that I can't get hold of any medium. The reference web site keeps me at the contact page which has a load of telephone numbers (WHICH DO NOT HELP)! I live in South Africa and there is no way I'm phoning America! In addition to the involvement of the cost of the lag makes it difficult. Can someone tell me please how to get arround here support?

    Hello, my name is Patrick Absher, a loyal customer of Motorola for many year. When I say loyal, I'm the guy who's always telling my friends, family and colleagues how are my products from Motorola. Pagers to the bottom when, and now cell phones, almost everyone I bought and most of those that I was never delivered by the employer were Motorola.After this last week, I can't be your loyal customer. I am an AT & T cellular customer and it's time for me to renew my contract and ordering a new phone. My Motorola atrix 2 was great, but it is dated and my battery life became awful. I was planning on ordering a 32 gb, black front, back walnut, green focus, moto x, just had to wait for the time to renew my phone contract. Thursday, 06/06/14, I tried to place an order through your Web site and pay with my credit card. When I entered my address for delivery, he told me that the address is not available. you see, currently I do not have at home, and I need the phone delivered to where I went down. your website would not accept the address associated with my account AT & T. I contacted your assistance customer service, they tried to tell me it's the browser that I used (something to do with cookies). I tried to use a browser they suggest and had the same problem. I asked what she would only address on my AT & T account, but they did not know. They suggest AT & T store or Best Buy and buy the card motomaker and told me I have should not have any problems with it. So, after a 1 hour round trip at best buy, I then tried to order the phone using the code of redemption on the map. your Web site launched my order out, telling me that since I bought the code, the supported version wood was not available. Yet once again, I called customer service, they told me to go back to the card at best buy. I did another 1 hour trip to best buy and return to nothing will do. they can't refund my purchase because the code on the back of the card was revealed. the Manager of the best buy called your customer support to try to sort out, but it ended with a rude employ insensitive of you on the phone. at this point, if best buy could give me a refund, I would gladly have bought a HTC One. Since then, I contacted your service the customer several times and all I get is a run around. They tell me to order the phone anyway (not like I want it), then back on the phone, then get a refund, then order the phone I want. I told them that it was unacceptable, I want everything just pay the extra $25 for the wood back and get my phone. They stop for me they do escalate the issue and come up with a solution. I have not yet been given a clear answer on the address issue.some to your representatives said that they could change the address after I place the order, some of them told me that they cannot. What sense does it make to you on custom order a phone, but to be told you can't order it as you wish, and you can not ship to the address I need it shipped in the. On four different occasions, your representatives told me that they are emailing me a promo code free accessories to compensate for all my troubles. I have yet to see any of these emails. Once a representative told me that they would call me at 14:00 the next day, when they had to work. I informed them that I work at night and would be asleep right now, call me before 10:00 when I went to bed, or after 19:00 when I wake. They ignored it, called and woke me up at 14:24. If you know something to work at night and sleep during the day, you will know that back sleeping is virtually impossible. That evening, I had to go to work on about 3 hours of sleep, in a production facility handling dangerous and flammable chemicals. I have to say that your customer service is pretty bad customer service. Starting from 14/06/14, I had an AT & T customer service manager call your company. they got a manager in the team of motomaker to say that they would increase this to your advocacy group, to see if they could help. He then told me not to call them more, they call me on Monday. Given their history up to now, I doubt I'll get a call back. The return only call I received was one that woke me in the middle of the day. As it is right now, I'm on the price of this machine card on a motorcycle, $109.99, $15 in gas for trips to best buy and all my free time this week. I have no new phone, do not have to order and do not know if we could get delivered to me if I don't get to her. I received the case number is 140607-006435.   • Write to channel outside custom device

    Hi all

    I am writing a custom device to control some aspects of my definition of system (more specifically another device custom).  I can't solve this problem because I can't find a way to write about a VeriStand channel located outside my custom device.

    Help to get channel reference data (which I usually use to get a data reference so that I could use the channel for the data set Reference.vi) says expressly that I can't get write access to a channel outside of my custom device.

    Is it possible for me to get write access to a channel outside my ring custom?

    I realize I can create system to the output channels of my device custom maps, but I'm not crazy a whole bunch of mappings of system because they are not very visible, and I would like that the user only need to use my configuration pages.  I also realize that it's probably possible to create these custom mappings by my setup of device programming, but I was not brave enough to venture down this road again...

    I use VeriStand 2011 SP1 and LabVIEW 2011 SP1.

    BaseNodeType is part of the Assembly SystemStorage, that something is used internally and is not intended for use by the public.  The publicly documented API is the API of ZFS, which has documentation available and a little easier to use.

    In the ZFS API, there is a class called "Utilities" that has a (Source channel, Destination) AddMapping method and a ClearMapping(Channel Destination) method.  These work as expected and disable the mapping entirely (not only the creation of an invalid mapping with value null, like your screenshot).  It would be better to add and remove mappings.

    However, if you want to stay with your existing code, I think you can accomplish what you want by removing the method "SetDataSourceValue" and replaching with a method "RemoveProperty.  The name plugged into "RemoveProperty" will remain the same ("DataSource").  This actually completely erases the mapping of the string instead of remapping it on channel zero.

    You can add the cod-files in your jad at will.
    in my experience the cod files will be installed in the form of modules (as they miss the description in the jad) and will not be linked to your application.
    If I uninstall my request the library remains on the device.

    What exactly is the problem with the results? Can you do the report include the gl_date, so that you can see exactly what is included?

    The only way to solve this is back to basics. You must be certain that the setting and calculations for the date work 100%. You have granted the Execute permission on the function to your landlord EUL - Yes? I did create the function in a package belonged to EUL_US, then I got no problem with permissions or grant.

    Also, gl_date is a DATE string and not a right? I ask because if it is not a date, but a string then a few dates could be left out.

    Assuming that you are 100% some of the building blocks, you should start by including only the gl_date and the primary key of the table you are using. Once you are sure you have found the right data, you can start adding in addition to fields.

    I note that you use the E-Business Suite objects. I copied the code in my system where I don't use rental. So I put comment references to tables 3 PN. I had 150 lines of data when I asked for it by using the parameter, and then when I hard coded the BETWEEN operator for the gl_date. You don't have to make sure that your landlord EUL got right SELECT all tables and views used in your code and, if you want to share this code with someone else, you must also have LICENSING rights.

    Try your code in a SQL like TOAD tool and see what happens. Are you absolutely sure that each of your transactions has an entry in the tables PN? Maybe it's why you don't get the results you expect. You can try, as I did, to comment these lines out and then see what happens.

  • How can I list the main on a SWF timeline when it was loaded in another?

    I have a swf with functions of animation custon using actionscript 3. I am referring to the main timeline with Movieclip (root) and it works fine.

    However, the swf will be loaded into another (a custom player), and when this happends, everything stops working.

    I think it's because the Movieclip (root) now reference the swf loader and not the loads more, but I can't find any information on how to fix this.

    The key would be to break with the use of references to the root.  Whether or not this will be an easy task for you in this case depends on saturated how your code is with these references.  The shortest route for you may be to replace the references to the root by parent references instead.

    It is a reason say that your code should be limited to an image in the scenario primary (in fact they are more likely to say that it should be in a class of document - separate fla files/timeline).  If you have all the code forward in the file, and no code search backward, what ios and made a reference to root, so you don't have to worry about how it is loading in another file.

  • Distance communication: sending the custom Java objects

    I have a few working methods implemented on the server I have retrieve custom objects and custom objects table... everything works perfectly...
    I also have a method that I pass a custom Flex object (mapped to a Java object) to retrieve another object Java (mapped to a Flex object) works perfectly...

    But I have this method I have send as an argument one of my items customized to retrieve another object custom... and when I invoke this method the cursor "occupied" remains as always and demand is slowing down...

    I checked the log on the server and I do not see the method called and no error...

    Trying to debug... I saw in the object AbstractOperation "1023 stack overflow" error getting caught, but when I run it normally I see no error...

    This object I send as an argument is like a custom class to hold one of my items for various operations on the server and the first method that works, the object I have send as and the argument is simple...

    This second purpose is as a container that contains a table of another container of objects containing any kind of my items...

    I thought that maybe there is a limit for mapping... I don't know... but I don't see any information to reach the server...

    If someone could help me, I would appreciate...

    It seems that by using the same RemoteObject to call a large number of methods on the same destination is not good...

    I created another RemoteObject to call the method and worked...

    On 30 March, I bought a new Toshiba laptop (P100-347) that was advertised as coming with a FREE update to Windows Vista. The guys at the shop told me that the only thing I have to do to get this update is contact Toshiba.

    I'm going home and I realize that his Toshiba even not who I need to contact but another company that performs the distribution... Everything fine until I find that I was only eligible for this free update if I wanted the laptop until March 15. I wouldn't mind not having Windows Vista, but in this case not to advertise!

    Then I tried my diferent devices on my phone to find out that I can't use my sound system with it?
    I'm tired of this species and tired of all this DRM stuff...

    Why is it impossible to transform the sound card into the Toshiba in one map 5.1 sound? I like the idea of having SPDIF and no noise and so on, but I like the idea of giving people the opportunity to choose what they want to use as well. What it means? That a few years ago, I spend a lot of money on a sound system that now I have to just because some company decided that the scrap without... I use their products and not others to?

    And we just need to do a Google search to find that I am not the only one unhappy customer. Many others already have rised this issue but there seems to be no desire to resolve the issue.

    On my desktop, I have a Realtek sound card and it gives me the possibility to choose: do I want to use SPDIF or keep it analog? And I want to use some 2.1 speakers 5.1 or 7.1?
    And you know what? This sound card was much cheaper!

    Another thing that I'm tired must come from Toshiba Web site that does not show me what is the phone number for Toshiba technical support. I click on "Support and downloads" and the only option I have for some kind of feedback is this forum where my questions are not always answeared or when they are it takes forever.
    And second thing, it is this censorship that exists here... Yes, I already had one of my posts edited by someone.

    Because of that I hope not again for this post to be here for too long, just like censorship came and delete almost sure but next thing I want to do is to send an official letter to Toshiba about all this.

    That is not exactly true. You will have to pay a tax. The dealer of the laptop was wrong. Then why you n t blame the retailer of laptop for this erroneous info? !!! Moduslink society is responsible for the upgrade to Vista. They control upgrades for all manufacturers and computer companies.

    Seems you are a beginner and don t have a great experience with laptops. Laptop you supports an optical S/PDIF output audio line.
    It s a headphone. You can connect each HiFi to your laptop using the right cables!

    Don t compare desktop with laptop computers!
    Read a little more in the computer magazines to increase your knowledge of the laptop and check my tips above.

    On the Toshiba page you will find the link to the Toshiba authorized service providers in all countries. So if you have a problem ask the technicians ;) Like you probably n t know this is a user forum. There are simply users like me and you, and sharing of knowledge and try to solve the problems!

    Each forum has a moderator clean and don t wonder that your messages are published if you publish content impropriate.
