Cannot cancel - very unhappy customer

I have been a loyal user of Adobe Photoshop 4 back in the 1990s.

I signed up for a creative cloud Abobe the first day he came available.

Last month my Bill climbed from $ 39.99 to $69.99 with absolutely no notice or warning.

(I understand that it was because the previous rate was for 2 years)

I tried to contact Adobe support when I first noticed the increase in the fee,

but was left waiting for more than 20 minutes and I had to go.

the man said I couldn't cancel my subscription without paying cancellation fees of $300.

He also said that they cannot cancel an account after 15 days in the new year. It has been 18 days in my case.

    I checked in hr.per_all_people_f and the employee is laid off.

    I had an account for a year. I can't use it. It's too complicated and all I want to do is just change a PDF file. I tried to reach out to someone for more than an hour, there is no way to communicate with anyone. I looked for 60 minutes. I had to act like I'm interested to sign up for a new service for this. Why is it so hard to use your system, and why is there no contact to the help info. I'm very good for most of the programs that you run my business for 25 years on computers I would like someone to contact me about using my account with you or get my money for the past year. It never helped me and I spend hours each time I try.

    I guess I'm one of many, but I am disgusted with Adobe renewal policy.

    I signed up for 1 year of product at a price and got automatically renewed on February with a new higher price.

    1. I have received an email on my account in auto-renouvele

    Clear the print queue and check if you are able to print manually.

    a. click Start, click run. In the Open box, type services.msc and press ENTER.

    b. right-click on the service labeled or and select stop.

    c. then you must go to the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. Delete all files in this folder. This will clear all print queues.

    d. now go back to the Services console (step a), click or right click and select Start.

    e. try to print now and check.

  • Cannot cancel securitysettings

    I'm fairly convinced that I created this problem myself, but I'm lying for a solution...

    I used only one account on my PC for a long time, and now I wanted to add a user profile with very limited access, essentially which only allows to use mediaplayer and some related programs.

    Then I added a second account and check how works of security setting I clicked around parential control settings and security. And I guess that I messed up here because basically, I have now no access to the folder C: / on any of the accounts and at the same time I am not allowed to run one of the programs of account where I could cancel the security settings, I did.

    If I try to run these programs on the new account (user), I get a message that I'm not allowed or simply, they do not work. If I try the same thing on my admin account I continue to turn in the error messages if translated to English would be something like: C:\Windows\System32\rstui.exe - bad parameter. -same thing happens when I try other programs, or even once, they simply do not run.

    Then I tried to reinstall windows, but I'm not allowed to do it either. the Setup program only accept me to a completely new facility, which for some odd reason so require me, to format the hardrive just like the installation program ask that my hard drive is not formatted as NTFS.

    Overall, I'm kinda stuck and I'm out of ideas. I'm not thrilled by the idea of formatting... After all, it would mean losing personal image files etc.

    I managed to fix this after 2 days of trying all sorts of things that all failed.

    Solution proved to be rather simple - Vista to boot into safe mode!

    When you start Vsta in safe mode, the parental control is not started and that's why I was able to cancel my securitysettings. Once those who are defeats I could reboot again and was now allowed access to the parent controls.

    at least it worked for me :)

    Just bought a new 9720 but cannot get my operational emails. I have a plan through Virgin Mobile and according to their technical service, everything is as it should. Type in my Blackberry ID and password and the handset said contacting server however, that's how. Next message says the Blackberry Enterprise server has not responded to your activation request. An error has occurred.

    What should I do now? Virgin are unable to solve the problem.

    Why is it so difficult for an individual to set up the phone? Can someone help me solve the problem. Thank you

    I have tried to give up my Adobe Stock project since last month and have not managed to do it again. I don't know what is happening, but whenever I try to cancel, I don't see the option to do so under the details of the plan. And now I get a notification of my credit card saying there is an attempt to charge me something I tried before my trial ended but had no success. And apparently, it's the norm for other users who started this 'free trial' and are having no luck cancellation. What is the problem?
