Unhappy customer with ThinkPlus support.

I was wondering how I can join the team of customer complaints?

I paid more than 300 million dollars for the ThinkPlus and Service support on-site the next business day, but I've known customer service extremely subpar. Here is what happened:

1. when the business day next is on-site Service Technician came and installed my WWAN card, he wired the wrong atennas. With the blue antenna cable wired by HAND and the Red antenna cable connected to the power supply I had to read a service manual and not the rewiring myself and finally got my mobile broadband to work. It was in December 2010.

2. I recalled recently about problems of overheating/WWAN support with my X201T and I was told by the technical support engineer may not solve the problem immediately and he would give me a call back the next day, it was before March 28 (I forgot the exact day of the call, but I still have the service number). However, he never did. I called back 4 times to try to reach the representative. Twice, he was out of service and twice, he was busy with others. I was told that a notice was sent to him and he would return my call without delay. Well, since a week has passed and I have not received a reminder.

3. as I did receive a call back after a week. I tried calling new and talked to another technician to see if he can solve my problem. However, he said simply, I post 1 year service warranty. However, I said very clearly my S/N number and even visit the Lenovo warranty site which States very clearly that I don't have the extended warranty that I claimed. It wouldn't check. I don't think he took even worth checking out if he correctly typed S/N (I guess, because when I told him to check again, he just immediately tells me the same thing). I asked to be transferred to his supervisor, politely, but he said they are all busy and notified to them, and I had received a call back as soon as possible. There is however, no reminder. No messages have been left in my voice mail either.

4. then I had to try to solve my problem on Lenovo forums. Fortunately, someotherguy has been able to answer my questions, but he was not able to solve the problem.

So which one should I go to to help solve this problem? I have both the service request ID's and records that I call for technical support. I have even the names of the technicians. I spent more than 300 million dollars on the extended warranty and I end up having to do my own work and try to fix it myself. This is really not acceptable.

My machine type is 0831 with S/N xxxxxxx. I'm very dissatisifed with service from Lenovo I thought used to be good.

Any help and feedback is much appreicated.

    Today, I speak with a corporate customer relationship technician of Palm and is 10/10! He was really polite and for the first time, I felt like someone listen to me. I talk with a person who knows his product (he don't try to bull * beep * me and acknowledges that the Palm E2 is not my T3) it gives satisfaction deserve a customer of a company of big and responsible as Palm!

    Corporate customer relationship of palm understand that needs of their clients and they treat me with respect. We finnally came to an agreement and I am very satisfied.

    So remember if you can not have a solution with the help of the Palm, continue to fight against your point and someone somewhere will be heard you and listen to your problem

    HDCP is a copy protection Protocol.
    This Protocol prevents copying of high-definition movies.
    If the system does not support HDCP, you will not be able to send data to the device (TV, LCD) through other ports such as DisplayPort or DVI or HDMI.

    Microsoft Vista and Windows 7 use HDCP screens and computer graphics cards.
    But if you want to watch movies in high definition on an external TV, you must ensure that both HDMI ports on TV and laptop support HDCP.

    But it seems that Sat A660-10W does not support HDMI port and so you will not be able to watch as the HDCP protected HD movies on external monitors.

    If you have problems installing Windows 7, and if you want to go back to Windows XP, the best way would be to Factory Reset. Factory reset will bring back Windows XP on the computer.

    I suggest you to check with Dell support to learn how to perform a factory reset.

    PXI-4472 is an excellent camera for the dynamic force measurement using Quartz sensors. I was intending to use the .vi (I-voltage-custom with excitement) to configure entry and IEPE excitement, but I got the error code. I have now managed by using the pure (I-voltage) .vi entry configuration and IEPE using the DAQmx channel property node.

    However, I tried the .vi (I-voltage-Custom with excitement) with appropriate PXI-4220 simulated device, no error.

    The site "paperwishes.com" (card making supplies) plays videos of product for some of its products. A blue box shows the word 'Play' next to the item. When I clicked on this blue box last spring, he'd always play. He's now hit & miss. Sometimes, it will offer to play via MP4, but rarely.     Videos on the site can be read with an HTML5 player and do not use the Flash Player Plugin like a video I cheacked used HTML5 player when I right click on it. Actually, it turns out the link video was a Youtube video and YT uses the HTML5 player when possible and descends to Flash Player if need be if they always support such.

    With a little work, you can get the video to work in Firefox on the old WinXP EOL of HTML5.

    By default, it did not signatories to first have an account E-Sign to esign document. The signatories will receive an email containing the link to document and once it is which is clicked, it is opened in a browser to fill and esign.
