  There is not a way to force the client to use a specific side access point controller of things.  According to the specifications, the client decides when and where to associate.  You can try to disable some of the rates below data or lower power tx of the AP to reduce the coverage of each access point cell.  By doing this, the client cannot see the other as favourable AP.

  I have a very strange problem running a particular software on client computers. The software cannot write to a particular file type (the. INI files necessary for the operation of the program), but only when he tries to write the file to the file of OS X Server (which connects via SMB 3.0).   The reason why you get this error is that you try to close a connection that is already closed by the server. You can add a simple error handler after your block of proximity with the Client , who must take care of the pop-up. There is possibility to ignore this error (or other). This knowledge base article does a great job explaining how.

  These issues concern some fundamental concepts in CVI, you need to study or refresh.

  As you may know, the simpler you have a modal window in CVI is to use InstallPopup after loading the Panel: is the guarantee that the user cannot access other panels before closing the popup panel (Finally, there are other ways and a few caveats to my assertion, but let's first passing the simplest).

  When the user clicks OK, close or no matter what button place you on this Panel, you need to retrieve the value of the relevant controls with GetCtrlVal, validate them some way according to the nature of the control and your needs and only if it is valid, close the Panel with DiscardPanel (or RemovePopup if you need to reuse and don't want to reload).

  Passage of the second round table data is done via SetCtrlVal.

  As you can see, these are very general concepts, which may or may not apply to your application. In case you have doubts please add some details to your question.

• How to force the virtual keyboard to hide?

  I am developing an app for BB Storm and I need to force the virtual keyboard to hide and close pushing / croustilleur between the screens.  I tried to set the visibility state of the keyboard during the initialization of each screen via Screen.getVirtualKeyboard () .setVisibility (VirtualKeyboard.HIDE_FORCE), but it does not work.

  The documentation for the keyboard interaction and screen is sparse, at best, I wish RIM would improve their docs.

  I found the problem.  It turns out that only the control (not the screen) who "owns" the virtual keyboard can show/hide it.  So I was able to hide the keyboard by substituting the method onUnFocus of the input area and hide the keyboard.  This seems silly as the reference for the virtual keyboard is obtained from the screen object.
