  I understand that you have downloaded macOS Sierra, but are not able to install it, because you are told that the download was corrupted. In a situation like this, the next step would be to remove existing installation application download and re - download.

I received an email on one of the applications I submitted - however they approval process is still under way - under revision.   I have a late 2009 13 "MacBook Pro. I soon will be upgrading in El Capitan (saved on a bootable disc) to Snow Leopard (do a clean install on a new SSD). I know that new versions of Safari, iMovie, Garage Band and Photos comes with El Capitan. But my old applications 2009 as iMovie HD, iDVD and others still work when I upgrade?

  As for iTunes? I just checked it and it says that it is currently at version 11.4.

  Are there apps that I have to buy?

  I mean, I know that many people do not really care pictures from iPhoto. If I don't like a photo, can I just transfer on my current version of iPhoto to my Time Machine backup?

  I'm still under Backup.app to things like personal data backup. It's software very old, dating back to 2008, last updated in 2010, I think. It is version 3.2 provided originally with the iCloud predecessor, MobileMe.

  It seems to still work very well, but I'm afraid that the packets of data, with which it works have migrated or changed with later versions of Mac OS X.

  I also use Time Machine (which has saved my bacon several times) and CrashPlan.

  Anyone know if this software is always trustworthy? Should I take it on the back behind the barn and shoot?

  I understand that you are not able to download the app from the store Windows applications as it has the old email address.

  Please answer the question

  (1) have you tried to connect with the new email address?

  (2) did you get an error message?

  If this only happens in Windows Apps store, I suggest you follow the steps below to reset the cache to store and see if it works very well.

  (a) press the Windows key + R

  (b) type WSReset.exe and press OK
