App rejected because Apple could not download the free issue

We submitted our application multi-question last week. Hear about Apple today: they said that they condemned him because they could not download the free subscription. We had a feeling that this may happen because we were submitting the app because we could not understand what Adobe did at their end to connect the leaflets that we have on the Folio producer to the app that we were present through iTunes Connect. We have assumed that the ID of the product would be only tied the two together. Anyone know how this process works? And how to fix this?

Yes, you must make sure that the product ID for the free subscription to in-app purchase install in iTunes Connect and resubmit the .zip file to Apple.
