  I wonder if anyone can help me how I can get my app - "Downtown Livermore' (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/reviews/43728?lang=en) available for download on App world on the Playbook. It is available on Blackberry phones, but not on the playbook. I can't find an option to make

  When you create the new version, you must download the Playbook (.bar) bundle and to specify that this bundle will support the Tablet (as a platform). I believe you can download simultaneously bundle for smartphones and bundle for Playbook, however you can not change the existing version and add beams. So I would say to create a new version and download the two beams.

  Another option would be to create a new application called 'Your-app-name for Playbook', some developers prefer to do.

  I guess the phone uses a kind of cache. You can try to reset it - customer BB App World hold the Alt key and press R, S, T (without commas, IE Alt + RST). This will refresh your app list and inform you of the apps updates

• BlackBerry smartphone App world is the non-touchscreen version intended for the other BB

  Once you post for sale, this can take a few hours to spend, all devices. Have you tried refreshing the app worl app to see if that helps? You see your application on the web site of the App World?

  I do not see how these two errors are related to the first, you were trying to throw the maps app when it appeared? For the second, which came with the maps app?   So I guess. My guess is that, once you upgrade to 7.1, you don't have to perform a few extra steps to ensure that all services were properly enabled on your BB. Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! You can try these few points in your process... either now (on 7.0.0.513) or after you re - try to upgrade to 7.1.0.366.

  On your home screen the unit go to Options > device > application > locate and remove BlackBerry App world in this list.

  KB10040 : How to view or delete the application installed on a blackberry smartphone

   

  Once deleted perform a battery pull reboot by removing the battery whiel your device is turned on, wait a min. and then reinsert this return. Finally, after the reboot, use your BlackBerry browser and navigate to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and download the latest version available for your device.

  It soulds as the second browser icon is your mobile network providers WAP browser. Because the BlackBerry World is not listed under application management, could you please try reinsert from the link in resolution 1 of the following article?
