Hi bekfmul

At what stage of installation does this error happen?

Try these steps and check if that helps:

Step 1: SFC Scan

Try the SFC Scan to check the integrity of the system.

Step 2: Stop and restart the Windows Installer Service

1. click on the menu button of Windows (formerly start) or press the Windows keyboard.

2. in the search box, type Services and then click on the Services element that appears at the top.

3. expand the Services window and then scroll down to Windows Installer.

4. right click on the Windows Installer list item and then click on stop, right click again and then click Start.

Step 3: Unregister and re-register Windows Installer.

To do this, follow these steps:
1. click on start and then click Run.
2. in the Open box, type msiexec /unreg and then press ENTER.
3. click on start and then click Run.
4. in the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.

Step 4: We need to install the latest version of Windows Installer that is 4.5.

Now reboot and then try to install the applications and check if you get the same error.

After back and let us know if it helped to solve your problem.

Thank you and best regards,

Fortunately, not all is lost here for you. You have several options. You will need to create a CD of the utility. (1), you can boot from a usb flash drive and run utility Cd or 2) you can buy a removable usb device cd rom and there. It's the best option, but instructions differ radically, so I need to know which is your choice of boot options to help you. You won't have a windows disk to perform the procedure.

Hi people, I also did a windows update and now this error message, "" c:\windows\system32\AUDIOSES. "» DLL', but it seems I lost my mouse driver too. When starting, I get the popup that is repeated with this message, and I continue to hit the back button to get to the home computer screen. Updated to windows 10 night last and now open photoshop custom, gives error dll missing. Updated all the stuff from adobe, photoshop uninstalled and reinstalled. Still didn't help

This is a Visual Studio C++ DLL runtime.  It is mentioned everywhere if you Google the name of the DLL.  For example: How can I fix missing MSVCP110.dll file? -Microsoft Community.  You can try to download the re-distributable package from Microsoft here: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 updated 4 of the official Microsoft Download Centerand install it.

    Hello kate9,

Utility Windows Installer Cleanup was fired by Microsoft as it may damage other components.
I recommend that you use a 3rd software remove part or uninstall the utility to remove iTunes.

Once removed, then run the SFC/scannow Ajay suggested. If no problem found, you can then try reinstalling iTunes.

Please answer back with an update on your status.
