"Apple Mobile Device" failed to start. Check that you have sufficient privileges to start services system... then options to retry, cancel or continue without installing the component

After using this computer for 7 months (purchased new in November) and iTunes worked perfectly well until the day he stopped to view the device option (one that shows which iPhone or I pad... etc connected it) and then you can sync devices. but this disappeared and iTunes could not re - download.

I contacted Apple support and went through all the options to remove and re - download iTunes... but didn't ' work. Each time, after downloading the bulk of the program - he stops to give the following message is displayed:
iTunes: cannot start Service "Apple Mobile Device" (apple Mobile Device). Check that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. »
