  Please help the Apple community (and spreading the word):

  I was going through the records of e-mail in "on my Mac" (OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 version) and stumbled upon several e-mail folders that were never created.  One of them was titled "45 rpm", and one of them was called (LITERALLY) AS MY iMac SIGN in PASSWORD!  Like in the password as the user imac creates under preferences system, Security & Privacy, general. This imac has always been in my possession since the new.  To my knowledge, no one but me has had access to this imac, other than Apple Support ~ who has always been very helpful and generous.

  (1) after upgrading to OS X El Capitan version 10.11.3, it seems that Apple "Pages" takes forever to load.

  (2) could some please explain to me how my password of the imac was placed and titled on an erroneous e-mail folder?

  (3) knows Apple OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 version has been hacked?

  (4) if my imac is "connected" to the internet and a power supply, even if mode "sleep" when not in use, should I now first disconnect both after each use.

  I don't know 10.11.3 possibly be hacked, but why are you not updated for 10.11.6? You can download Combo update , or download the full installer from the App Store.

• Apple pirate ID. How to disable find my phone

  Yesterday, my ID Apple and gmail, facebook has been hacked.

  I managed to recover my Apple ID and change my email and password.

  However, I am now trying to disconnect from my iCloud on my phone but I need to enter the old password (which has been hacked) to turn off the function "Find my iPhone" before being able to disconnect / remove the old account.

  Is there a way to get around this or I have to restore my iPhone to factory settings? I have an iPhone 5 c.

  The password on your phone is unlikely to have changed automatically, so that's all that was your Apple iD password before your account hacked, have you tried to enter this password?

• has anyone successfully recovered a pirate apple id

  My ID apple was hacked from China last week. It happened in the middle of the night, so by the time I discovered that they had changed my password, date of birth, email recovery security questions and purchased a few apps: sina IM subscriptions, or something.

  I called the apple support as soon as I found out, but it was too late. All they could do was ask me a question of safety, I had never put in place. They said that they would have to go to the technical team and they would get back to me even though they knew more.

  It was a week ago, and I heard nothing. I called a couple times more support, but all they can do is go on the same process until you get to the part of security question and then... crickets.

  So this happened to someone else, you got your account successfully return, how long did take, and how do you know it was fixed? Should I just cut my losses and start over with a new apple ID?

  It is always best to avoid trusting any unsolicited message, but Apple seems to have been legitimate (at least the "apple id" address is correct).

  Looks like your password has been found or guessed, since Apple ID accounts often have details of credit or Bank attached I would get back immediately, also check your other accounts online - especially if you use the same password anywhere else.
