Apple's music has hidden my music on my iPhone.

I got a trial of Apple's music and found that for my choice of praise and Gospel music that he kept to push myself listening to rock, pop, and that it has not respected my choice.

I always use Spotify and pay student - music Apple is too expensive and for the reasons that I said I don't want that.

It no longer allows me to find my music - I get to the app and it's only music Apple and since I don't - I don't know how to access my music from my iPhone.

It's very irritating and I must say that I don't like Apple's policy.

Go to settings > music

Clear view Apple music . You should see your own music after that.

    Hello world

Apple's music empties my iphone storage, I'm no using out-of-line downloading and if I disable the icloud library all the song stored in my iphone went low, so this solves the problem for a while but I have icloud library in my device in order to use the apple music, then when on icloud and start listening to the apple music some of the songs not all, are stored on my iphone, which all use the storage of my iphone.

    Can someone help me please?

    Thank you.

Unless you specifically tell iTunes to store your music locally for offline use, you should not have storage issues. iTunes can be temporarily store music you played in its cache, so it will not re - download if you want to hear again, but it's not something you can manage. If another process on your phone actually needs that space, iTunes clears the cache data and free space.

Unless you actually have a problem, just let it do its thing and stay away.

  • Apple's music has disappeared

My library of Apple's music disappeared after I reconnect to my Apple account. In the preference I turn on "ICloud Music Library", but the music appears.

I have IPhone 5s with iOS 9.3.4 and active subscribe Apple music.

    Hey there guar47,

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! I see in your post that you have disconnected (e) your Apple ID in settings > iTunes and App Store, then signed back. After doing this, you have noticed that you are missing your music library on your device. I can see why this would be a concern, so I'm happy to provide tips that can help.

This is an expected behavior for the music that you have made available offline to remove after signing out and back in to your account in the settings > iTunes and App Store. That said, you should always be able to see the songs and albums you have added music from Apple. These songs should have an icon of little cloud next to them to indicate that they are part of your library, but not stored locally on the device.

As a first step, I recommend simply restarting your iPhone to see if the problem persists. If your content is still missing after restarting your device, I would open the music application and make sure that you have selected ' Show All Music'. To make sure that this option is enabled, you'll need to operate any of the different views (artists, Albums, etc.), then choose 'Show All Music '.

You have any other device that you use Apple music with? This should also help you narrow the issue further.

    See you soon!

  • Apple's music has deleted my songs not purchased

Since the switch to Mac from Windows, I was told point of sale that if I were to subscribe to the apple's music he would send my entire library of music in the cloud. Once stand up my Mac and running the vendor Apple told me that my music would be transferred on my Mac. But unfortunately he didn't and I have now lost about 2500 songs from my iTunes library.

I am resubscribed to Apple music to access my music I hope, but I had no luck. I think I've been screwed by Apple a bit.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Liam

How long have you not subscribed to Apple music? Apple keeps only the information of account up to 30 days.

My boy, I him would not have done it like that at all.  It is very easy to transfer from one computer to another iTunes library, either with the Migration Wizard external drive (even a flashdrive so you're ready to do it in pieces).

  • Cancellation of Apple's music has grayed out some songs from iTunes game

    Background:

    • I use iTunes game.
    • All the songs in my library have been downloaded by me.
    • I tried Apple's music for a while and then cancelled.

    Question:

    • Some of the songs that I downloaded in my subscription of Apple's music are now gray out and unable to be played.
    • On the iPhone (and previously on my Mac) I wonder to renew my subscription to Apple's music when I try to read them.
    • It seems that iTunes thinks that these are songs from Apple's music, when they certainly are iTunes songs Match (most of the songs is not yet on Apple music).

    Attempted fixes:

    • I tried all kinds of re - authorize etc and nothing works.
    • I talked at length to Apple on the phone who now asked me to install OS X (which I'm hated to do that I don't see it being a problem of BONE).

How can I return these songs? Is this a known bug?

Okay, that was user error. The songs were incorrectly uploaded from another computer!

  • Why am I being forced to music apple of the trial for 3 months on my iPhone?

Normally, I can select the icon of the music on my iPhone 5s and access my music without any problem. I had the odd occasion when the start of Apple's music screen appears two options, a free Apple music trial for 3 months or two to get back to my music.

Today it seems that my only option to access my music is in fact of the trial Apple music for free for 3 months by pressing the button on the screen, which is something I don't want to do, I want to just that my music. Here is an example of what I see on my phone:

NB. text below the button "Go to my music" is not a link or a button hidden in my music.

I am based in the United Kingdom and I was first I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and second if there is a way around this so that I can just get to my music without going through a trial anything?

    See you soon,.

    Rich.

Have you tried to reboot/reset your phone and try to go to your music once more?

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  • iPhone new Apple's music download library

    Hello

I just got a new iPhone and restored from an iTunes upward. It has everything worked perfectly except for my library of apple's music.

The library shows all the same music (from my library of music iCloud); However, there is no download on the new phone (no music stored locally). Is there a way to download all of the music recorded on my previous phone or what I need to download any music album by album, that would be rather tedious.

When before my music was synchronized via my mac iTunes library, restore the backup of my old phone all the music was also transferred. I'm looking to replicate this in substance.

    Thank you

    Chris

After upgrading to Ios 10, I discovered that the switch to the Apple music had failed on 'ON '. I had a small list of playback on the phone and realized that some of the songs had changed versions and even artists. I connected to itunes on my PC, deleted from the playlist, and then re-sync to restore it as it was before the upgrade. I have no use for Apple music or the effects of the i-cloud. Therefore, if you have decided to upgrade, remove your playlists from your phone first and then once the installation is complete, be sure to toggle the on OFF Apple's music before you restore your playlists!

  • Should I renew iTunes game if I subscribe to the Apple's music

My iTunes subscription Match comes renewal in two weeks.

If I understand well iCloud music library is now part of Apple's music subscription. So there are a lot of questions:

1 are there features in the iTunes subscription Match which are not included in the subscription of Apple's music?

    2. If I renewed the iTunes game will be the place to transition smoothly or will I lose all the music in the music library to iCloud and have to redo the download?

    3. are there other questions/problems/concerns I'd be worried?

    Hello

    1. IiTunes game has an annual subscription, while the Apple music has a monthly subscription. The two products scan your iTunes library to determine what can be mapped and what needs to be downloaded. The matching process is now the same for both. With Apple's music, you access music library of Apple where you can listen to or download as long as you have an active subscription.
    2. Now open Apple music and turn off auto renew. Your library has already been adapted to the transition should be transparent. I agree both with the current time and intend to disable iTunes auto Match renew
    3. Keep a backup of your music, just in case things go wrong

  • I recently joined Apple music, but my library of Apple's music is not appearing on my device.

II have had Apple music before, but when I started my subscription again, my library has not come. And he wouldn't let me get and make songs abailable offline on my iPad.

Make sure you have iCloud lit library.

go to settings, music and then switch to iCloud library (also make sure that you are logged on the account that you have registered for the Apple's music)

    Hello

Whenever I want to add a song from Apple's music in my library it defines the Date added to "01/01/1970 02:00", which is very annoying because I sort my songs like that.

I've always had works around the problem by adding music to my iPhone, but now it has the same problem and I don't know how to solve this problem and I can't find anything on how to solve it.

If you have any suggestions on what I should try to do, to fix this problem, do not hesitate to post it.

    Hello, Jasper.

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know have a problem with music from Apple, it's not what you expect. If I understand correctly, when you add songs to your subscription music from Apple iTunes on your Windows computer, it shows date added for Apple's music as "01/01/1970 02:00." • Activate the library of Apple's music for iPod Classic?

Just pulled out an iPod classic 60 GB of mothballs, precisely because I want to make sure a large playlist of music Apple will work in a wild environment with no signal cell or internet access.

When I try to sync the playlist, I get this message:

This warning gives strongly suggests that it is possible to turn on Apple's iPod music library. I am doubtful. But if it IS possible, how and where can I do it? The iPod has the current firmware, my Mac OS & iTunes are up to date, but I don't see that option anywhere.

It is only possible for an iPod touch, and one of those must be a fifth generation or a newer model to use pieces of Apple's music.

  • Is there a way to track the use of Apple's music?

I have the family plan and I would like to know how we as a family of broadcast music, primarily to determine whether to continue.

To my knowledge there is no way to control the use of streaming music Apple. You can check the latest purchases in your iTunes account and you can check the iCloud data storage and its use but is not streaming its use. My guess is that Apple has this info somewhere so they can find a way to balance the load on their servers from Apple's music but I've never seen like the selection of menu item or a user of Apple's music.
