  How long have you not subscribed to Apple music? Apple keeps only the information of account up to 30 days.

  Okay, that was user error. The songs were incorrectly uploaded from another computer!

  I have not seen any decline in Service to the customer. Defective phones would be something in the quality control, if you are looking to blame.   1) change the mode (settings/USB/switch Mode from MSC to MTP or conversely, pass Auto Detect) and see if your music is visible in the other mode.
