• Add photos programmatically to a shared photo album?

  I have pictures from several sources on our network that I would have automatically redistributed to albums different shared photo in iCloud. I thought it would be a simple Automator application, and there are - save for the part "shared photo album. I can ingest photos added in a directory and put them in an album, but not an album shared; options for available records show that the albums, nothing icloud.

  I also checked the AppleScript (including photosautomation.com) libraries, nothing helps. I also checked the documents of the OS X Developers' and found nothing obvious.

  Any ideas on how I can do this? Is there a library I'm dominant, or maybe an app that will do that for me already?

  Photos cannot be automatically added to a shared album.  They must be added manually.

  Tell Apple what missing features you want restored or new features added in Photos Photo-Applefeedback.

  I have several shared photo albums and did not have any problems until recently when the album that I share with my girlfriend stopped updating.

  I almost always add my photos from my iPhone, but on May 17, I got a few photos on my iPad, I wanted to add. I added 14 photos and never really thought more about it. Since that time I had been adding many more photos from my iPhone, but I noticed that it never came on my iPad. Then I noticed that on 14 photos on my iPad, I added, only 2 people appeared in the album shared on my iPhone.

  Today, my girlfriend told me that she had recently added a bunch of pictures, but I never had my iPhone or my iPad. So I asked him to check who were the last pictures got me in his shared album, and it turns out that the 2 pictures that made successfully from my iPad to the album shared on my iPhone were also the last pictures got me.

  I tried to disable and the reactivation of the shared albums in iCloud settings on my iPhone and my iPad, but that doesn't seem to force the update anything.   Apparently, the album was full. iOS could not provide this information, but once I got to my Mac and tried to add a new photo in the album, he says the album was full. So in case anyone else has this problem, there you go

• Remove a shared Photo Album

  I created a shared album on the Photos in my library to iCloud. Now, I want to delete the whole album and we tried all three methods to remove. However impossible to remove this album, although I was able to remove the other albums shared in the past. Any ideas? Thank you.

  You should be able to remove by highlighting the album and right click and choose delete or press the control key and choose Remove shared album. If this does not work, try restarting the Photos.

  They should be here - is shown sidebar (menu display == > display the sidebar) as that, in my view, is the easiest what to work - if you so not want to see the t the sidebar and then click albums in the middle of the top of the page and they will be there

  No, this is not possible.  You can only delete the album and having the Subscriber recreate and invite all subscribers again.

  All the photos in a library appear in th library view. I made a request to determine which appear in albums and which are not. I'm hoping to see this in the future you are.  I'll put in another vote for you, too.  For the moment, I do an album and then upload in this album if I don't forget those to put.

  Is there an optimal resolution for iCloud Photos sharing on computers, iPad and Apple TV?

  I want to scan photo album my grandparents to share with my friends and family. I scanned a few pages of test at 3200 x 2000 pixels. They have look great on my Mac and look great on an iPad also. I want to future proof them for 4 k and recent televisions.

  Is the size of 3200 x 2000 pixels too small, too large or OK?

  If you want to transfer photos using iCloud shared Albums, photo sharing, they will be transferred from smaller - the edge long will be at maximum 2048 pixels, unless they are panoramic.

  I would scan the photos to a pixel size you want to keep for reference, so you can print them in a format you like - 4000 x 3000 pixels or more, and when you share with iCloud, sharing photos they will be slightly reduced in any way.

  Hi recently had outages etc and a new installed router in wifi but now my apple tv 3 does not work but only home screen sharing/settings see I am signed the Mac for home sharing.  When I go into network settings I see the configuration is automatic, but the router shows that n/a, does that mean that I have to put codes?

  You have connected the Apple TV for the new router?  You will need to make sure that the Apple TV is connected to the wifi network, which broadcasts the new router...

• Why Apple TV 4 will not upload my pictures?

  For several months now, my Apple TV 2 (a new one) has not uploaded any new photos that are uploaded to iCloud. At one point, I could see a few photos in albums shared, but lately it does not display anything.   2 iPad2/iOS7 photos appear not anywhere in the pictures on www.icloud.com application

  3 iPhone6/iOS9 photos does not sync on iPad 2/iOS7

  So my question is: are these two versions iOS7 incompatible iOS9 about the timing of the photo?

  I understand that you have some question about iCloud photo library and Photo streams. Let's see if we can clarify this.

  The extent of iCloud photo library, yes iOS 7 is not compatible. Your devices will have to be at least 8.3 iOS to see all of your library or upgrade to iOS 9 on all your devices. Now, you can still have my stream of photos or iCloud, sharing photos to go to iOS devices 7, but you wouldn't have the entire library, like on iOS devices 9.   Windows 7 running in BootCamp?
