  I'm trying to update an iBook using iBooks author and in the stage of PUBLISHING the login page says that my AppleID is not associated with the iTunes Connect account. I've updated the book several twice and not had a problem.

  This seems to be a bug in the system. Not recommended, but disable two-factor authentication appears to allow log-in with iBooks author. Just off the phone with Apple support. I hope this will be fixed soon. I submitted a bug report. No news yet.

  Same problem here. I have iOS 9.3 and watch OS 2.2. I had the final beta for 9.3 and ran the previous watch OS and very well deleted notifications. Leading me to believe it's a bug watch OS 2.2. I tried to disconnect the watch and restore a backup and set up as a new watch, the two did not fix the problem.
