AppleID

My phone keeps requesting access to my old apple ID, how do I get rid of this constant pop-up? Also when I insert the password for this old AppleID, it says that there is no such thing as AppleID? Just this pop - up doesn't go away and interrupts my activity in my iPhone6 - very frustrating.

Lately, since about 2 months ago I ve been asked by my Apple devices (my AppleTV or iPhone, or iPod or MacBook for some reason any my Apple Watch doesn´t this message) who will present the password for my AppleID ande rhe when I do there is always a message saying "this ID Apple has been locked for security reasons.

This usually happens about twice a week. This weekend happened every day of saturdasy ´til today.

I have two-stage verification and implemented two-factor authentication in place since last year.

In my Macbook, I use ZenMate VPN for February 2016 and never had a problem, but I m thinking that might be the reason why my AppleID keep was blocked.

Or is it maybe someone really put to access mi AppleID?

The most annoying is that whenever that happens, I have to change my password, which means that I have to re - authenticate all my devices.

    All comments about this behavior?

A couple of things - as far as I know, you can't 2FA both 2SV put in place at the same time.  It's one or the other.  Check the settings you have for it.

One possibility is indeed the VPN.  Try to disable it temporarily and see if the error message still appears.

  • Verification of failure AppleID

Whenever I try to connect to my AppleID by typing my password on my iPhone 6, I get a pop-up response that says "failed check your Apple ID or password is incorrect." However, I can use the same password to connect successfully to my Apple ID on my computer mac laptop.  Every time I try to change the password and login in again once on both devices, it is successful on my laptop but not my phone.  Anyone know what is the problem and how I can fix?

    Hello, BaltoMax!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you are having problems connecting to your Apple ID on your iPhone. I know how important it is that your iPhone is connected to your Apple ID. What you should try is to follow the steps described in this article: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.

Don't forget to try connecting after each attempt to restart to see if you are able to get signed in.

    See you soon!

  • Two phones, an appleid calls noticed on both phones?:

We have two iPhones (Verizon). Nor has iMsg or turned on Facetime. Both are scrupulously kept iOS 9.3.4. One is the 'principal owner' of the Verizon account. The other is one second line (phone number) on the same Verizon account. Both use the same appleid.

When a call is made from or received on a phone, this call is logged in * two * phones. It is especially annoying and inappropriate for two unique phone numbers. Everything what Verizon officials have been able to offer is turning off Facetime and iMsg on two iPhones. While it makes no sense at all, we did, nothing helped.

Just in case, I thought I would put the question here on the community forum. Always full of hope.

  • Permanently locked, apparently appleid password

So here's my problem: I can connect on the Apple site using my appleID, no problem. What I can't do, is sign in the app store or itunes. As in, my password does not WORK for these purposes. When I try, it says that "my account has been blocked for security reasons. To unlock it, you must verify your identity. "I click on"unlock the account"and it just wonder if I want to change my password via e-mail or security issues, but it'S NOT HELPING. I changed my password to a whole bunch of times, and it WILL NOT unlock my account. I wrote to the support apple several times, and he has been extremely useless: for the most part, they do not respond, and when they do, it's tell me to do the thing that I'VE ALREADY DONE SEVERAL TIMES. Apparently, I'm unable to adequately convey the nature of the problem.

This is just speculation, but it could have something to with the fact that I had a stolen tablet a few months back. This may possibly have triggered Apple overactive security. In addition, there is some confusion about where I should go ask for help: Yes, I'm in Indonesia, but I am an American with a computer purchased American using the American versions of all programs.

    Help would be very appreciated.

This identifier Apple is not simply "composed" without any basis.

    • The iPhone is already possessed?  Maybe it's the Apple ID of the previous owner?
    • Maybe it's the Apple ID you entered by mistake at settings > iTunes and App Store?  Or settings > iCloud?
    • Wouldn't be the Apple ID of the owner of the apps?  You use apps (or music or books) someone else bought?
  • Apple pays on several iPhones/same AppleID

OK, here's my dilemma so. For various reasons, I have two iPhones (work) and the other for personal stuff that exploit the same AppleID. I can add up to 8 cards of different credit and debit cards to each phone (on my personal phone, company on my work phone cards)? So basically is the 8 limit of credit card and debit by AppleID (iTunes account) or the device?

    Hello

Up to eight payment cards can be added to pay Apple device.

  • New AppleID cannot connect, white screen

The girlfriend herself bought a MBP retina and recorded his own AppleID Finally, but when she tries to use it it is redirect to the site applid.apple.com and you are invited to connect.  I guess its to set his account with a credit card and verify the account that it is authentic.

Problem is when she puts her password in an empty white box appears and then nothing happens, that he is only here for a minute or two before you return to the page, log in.

I tried it with safari on his MBP, Safari and Opera on my MBP and he does on both of them!

    Any ideas what is happening?

A credit card is not required just to set up an Apple ID.

If this does not help, on Safari, go to the Safari menu bar, click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab, then click: delete all data Web site

  • Cannot log AppleID on iPhone or iPad

I recently changed my email address and am changing all my accounts. On my PC, I changed iCloud and iTunes to use the new email address for my AppleID very well. New address and new password. Can connect to both without problem.

Now for the iPhone and the iPad: both, I am always connected under my old ID. When I go into settings/iCloud and try to close the session, when it comes to where she wants to disable find my iPhone it asks a password with the old AppleID. This ID no longer exists. No password entered in the work.

    I'm in a real catch 22 here.

How can I change the AppleID on my iPhone and iPad to the new address?

Using the old address and current password to log off, log back in with your new address.

  • Help get rid of the old AppleID on iPhone 6 and iPad 2

I recently changed my AppleID, but my old ID is always on my iPhone and iPad - I can't update anything. I know I have to sign out of all my devices using iCloud to update.

However, my iPhone and iPad still use my old ID and ask for my old password sign out - as recommended to use my new AppleID on other devices - I tried several of what I thought were my old passwords, but they do not work.   My old ID is no longer recognized as an AppleID, so I can not change the password.  How to do this?

Connecting to iCloud with old Apple ID, go to the Settings page and click the device that you want to disassociate from your Apple ID click on the blue X that appears next to the name of the device, as shown in the image of the example below:

Repeat this process for all devices that you want to remove.

  • Cannot disconnect from iCloud, because I can't recreate my old AppleID

I have an iPhone 5 (OS 9.3.2) and I recently changed my AppleID. I changed it with success in the AppleStore and in fact all the places, it was necessary, outside the iCloud on the iPhone, and now, I don't have access to it more. Now, I read everything that was to read about this subject, and the only advice given was to return temporarily to the former AppleID and then disconnect. However, I don't have access to this e-mail more! I tried everything, including clear my iPhone and restore the backup, I was on it for days, and I'm running low on ideas. Any suggestions?

Apparently you no longer need to return to your old myApple ID email address, you should be able to enter your password when you are prompted on your phone and connect to your old address when you reconnect, create your new.
