Application error (0x000007b)

I just recently upgraded to the creative cloud and for all my programs in 64-bit, I get the following error (0x000007b). Fortunately I found solutions to most of the programs except SpeedGrade. The issue seems to be with a few .dll files, Adobe offers even a download for some programs... but unfortunately I have not found a solution for SpeedGrade.

I tried to uninstall "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable" makes registry cleaning provided by Adobe and Microsoft and Adobe... uninstalled and reinstalled but without success.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, i7processor, 16gigs of ram and 1 TB hard drive. None of this should be a problem because it everything worked before at some point in time.

Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

    Open windows control panel, open programs and features, make a right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select uninstall.

    When this has completed, restart the laptop.

    When windows has reloaded, download and install the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

    Right, I've got a Toshiba Satellite 2430-402 (purchased new) for at least 3 years. I have formated several times before and re-loaded windows back on with no problems until now.

    The problem only started two days ago, when I noticed my CD drive was not recognized. So I decided to format etc, came out the disk Recovery Utility that came only with the computer to install everything, and it will not go beyond 12%. I'm greeted by * Application error 437

    Last month, I have an application error that occurs whenever I connect. It seems that the vmsnap23.exe application fails to start, but I don't know what it is (* or * else) so that I can fix it. Any ideas?
