• "unknown software exception (0xc06d007f) occurred in the application at location 0x755de124." Vista Home Premium SP2, the problem occurs during execution of Word (Office 2007), Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard, IE8, AIM.

  Running a HP with an AMD Phenom 9750 X 4 64-bit.  When you run Acrobat with Word (IE and PURPOSE in the background), the computer began to freeze.  The cursor shows the ring to turn for a few minutes, then who stops too.  CTRL-Alt-Del does not work.  Finally, the error message above appears, I click OK and it closes the program that is on top of the Office at that time.  The error message appears again (same message), and the computer crashes completely.  The only thing that can be done at this time is to restart the computer.

  This problem happened after three months ago, and nothing until yesterday, when he arrived about 8 times.  This could be the cause?  All thoughts/possible solutions?

  Update: now, the computer froze just on a full white screen, and everything I had opened a window of Firefox, it was.  Don't know what that means...

  You use Sharepoint?  This error seems to be frequently associated with users who use this app.

  Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.

  Try to use all the applications above except IE8 and see if the problem persists.  I read a few posts that suggest that this may be an IE issue (or somehow related to IE - especially when it is run with a desktop application).

  Let's try a clean boot to see if some 3rd party application is causing the problem.  Here is the procedure: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135.  If things are smooth with the boot so it's a process of elimination to identify who did respoinsible for the problem by following the procedures described in the above link-, but we will know THAT we nailed it, and it's only a matter of time before you find the source (then we can decide what to do about it - uninstall or try to find a solution in order to continue to work).  Don't forget to put in normal operation when you are finished.

  I hope this helps.  Please post back in all cases we will know what happened (and maybe can come up with other options to try).

• How - to add options for application to the BlackBerry Options

  I generated the example "How - to add application options to the BlackBerry Options" of the knowledge base and run it on a Pearl Flip but I don't see any new added options. I could be looking in the wrong place, but I thought that the sample adds "Options Sample" to the list of options.

  I've updated my code to close to the bottom of my library of applications by programming, I added a menu too. Is better to be sure that the library is closed and ready for the next event to use it.

  LabVIEW EXEs need a Start Up VI.  The Start Up VI will show its Panel (regardless of the properties VI) when it runs.  You can run the FP. Open.Hidden method, but you can see a glance since the Panel will open and then close immediately.

  To retrieve the command line arguments, see:

  Help > find examples > tab "Search" > type 'command' > double click on CommandLine.vi

  No way (that I found) to output a value back to the command line.  Compile a DLL of the LV Application Builder project if necessary.

  Last February, everyone was anxious to CS5.5 and the ability to produce applications using flash. I have CS5 and discuss the upgrade. My question is, Flash can still be used to produce applications or have things gone? I'm back on the scene after a year out and just interested to know if my skills in Actionscript 3 allows you to produce applications or if I need to invest time learning new. If I need to update my skills are there tips well where to start.

  You can produce apps ipad/mobile (including iphone) with cs5.5 and performance and easy to use is significantly improved in cs5, but it still takes an effort to squeeze acceptable performance on the ipad/iphone.

  What is happening to me with all the Add-ons, but only since the Update June 24 my Firefox 3.6.4. When I opened Firefox after the update, all traces of my Add ons were gone (Zotero, StumbleUpon, ForecastFox, Delicious Bookmarks), although he said they were located in the window modules.   I'm trying to find the objects in my application have a specific Option to build assigned to them.  I think we're ready to let fall the Option generate, but I want to make sure that I removed all references to this first.

  I looked through the Application Express views for the columns on the page, but can't find an area that seems to include the compilation Options.  Did I miss something in the views of the Apex, or I have to look in the source code to find references?

• No option to install/remove/update CS6 the Application Manager applications.

  I have a registered copy of CS6 Master Collection installed on my MacBook Pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 running.  The Application Manager shows the options for apps except CC and CC 2014 apps.  This is how it is supposed to be?  My reason to inquire about this is because I'm having issues installing apps CC 2014 and it was suggested by support uninstall CS6 apps, install apps from CC 2014, and then reinstall the CS6 apps in the Application Manager.  For the moment, I'm not convinced that it is a safe gesture given installation problems I encountered so far.  I need my CS6 apps for school work (especially yet).

  Problem solved thanks to Adobe support staff.  I gave control of my MacBook Pro running OSX 10.10.2 Yosemite Adobe, tight teeth and allowed them to remove all the Adobe products out of my laptop.  We have been able to download and install CC (2014) and produced CS6 after with no hang ups.  I did not lose all the work and we smooth sailing since.  Thanks for all the help.
