  Sounds like you are unable to use your music app because it keeps closing in on you untimely. I would start by exit music:

  Force an app to close the iOS

  1. press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.

These types of problems can vary as to what may be the cause.  If you have not already done so, try a simple reboot of your device with the button power and sliding to power. Force the music application may be beneficial as well. To do this, double press the home button, then scroll down until you see the music app. Once found push upward on the app to close.

  If this does not resolve the problem, try to connect your iTunes signature then back in. If all else fails, the backup of the iPhone and then restore to the factory settings should do the trick. We want you try to configure the device as new then test the music app to see if it will crash. You can find the steps in the procedures recommended below.
