Applying the UCM 10 component g custom UCM 11 g

Dear all,

I'm on my way to migrate from AAU 10 g at the University Complutense of MADRID 11 g. The problem is on UCM existing (10g) it bit of customization using a custom component which is very important for the customer. I could use this component of 10 GB UCM on UCM 11 g or I have to recreate it?

Hi Gumas,

You can download this component of 10g and install it on 11g. In doing so, there is no problem. But, you may need to check if the component - what is provided to him. Do adequate testing of the component. You might have problems with some obsolete code which you will need to correct on a case on 11 g database. If there are dependent components ensure that those are also installed on 11 g. Let us know if you face specific problems during migration. Good luck.

    After you apply the vertical tour on one of the photos, just sync turns it up for the other photos, selecting photos, ensuring that your corrected image is the selected time/all, click Sync, and then ensure that turns up is the only selected item in the transformation.  Of course if you made other adjustments to one and not the other you selected those other institutions, but transforms standing is one who guided a copy through the vertical adjustments:

    No difference to call a standard service.  Apply the same methodology.  Provide the parameters expected for the service and call it.

    1. we make use of the service of the University Complutense of MADRID to filter, Service or ServiceHandler. Is there a difference in the code required to perform a service?

    2. What is the correct code to run the UCM service?

    No, but your custom component can have html resources (including) and html templates that can contain some iDocScript. And there, you can use this way.

    For the complete list, a service can also directly call subservices just the way it is defined - a personalized service is defined in the .hda file and it can contain a line containing such a call.

    As you are new to the WebCenter content, I recommend you use the component wizard. You must also be familiar with the creation of custom components before you dive into programming (and the functionality of the system as it is, because very often, people develop functionality that is already there).

    If you are in a service / filter, it is best to make queries as below in order to create a new (read: extra!) system database connection (and the handling/connection additional error closing you must take care of). Samples are available in the HowToComponents.

    or better yet

    Where can I find the VCR UCM installable adapter, tried to get the version of the patch as described in the oracle documentation but was not a success.
    We use weblogic portal server version is 10.3.0.0

    To clarify:

    -You can patch your 10gr 3 original WLP (10.3.0.0) install the 10.3.1.0 patch level that is the patch of UCM VCR adapter.
    -On delivery only the most recent version of WLP isavailable, which is currently 10.3.2 - who owns the card already included in the installation.
    -If you want to continue your 10.3.0.0 patch original install to 10.3.1.0 you can do it, but you will need to contact support for patches or use smart update client and apply the fixes mentioned in the documentation for 10.3.1.0.

  • After you apply the custom in admin_server weblogic keystore, server is not starting

    I have a big problem today. I applied the SSL configuration for weblogic and OBIEE. It worked very well with the Keystore demo. After selfsigned keystore is created and applied to weblogic admin_server, the server will stop and now it does not start. Here is the log, I checked the name of user and password several times. also I removed the boot.properties file and it is generated again when starting.

    I used the following commands to generate custome keystore.

    $JAVA_HOME/jre/bin/keytool - genkey - keyalg RSA-alias selfsigned - keystore identity.jks.

    It should be pretty easy parse the real answer to retrieve the status code the system riser. You should not need to open the file to find the error.

    Something like

    response.getLocal("StatusCode")

    should tell you if the file has been found. A-16 status code means that the file could not be found. In the case of a successful GET_FILE, it does appear that a status code is still present, so test just for the mere presence of a status code should be sufficient.

    When you create your filter (if all goes well we are talking about the same thing here that filters means something special to the University Complutense of MADRID) you write Java Code. In this Java Code, you can access 'the query' attributes/values with code like this:

    I'm trying to diagnose a hardware problem with my Dell PowerEdge R410. The problem occurred after a kernel patch and reboot linux security (I'm under Ubuntu 14.04 and I'm on Linux 3.13.0 - 100-generic). Initially, the machine would crash when starting in the BONE, but I managed to do always start too.

    Location 1 must reference slot PCie 1. It is very likely the slot in which the PERC controller is. Your order of troubleshooting is correct. If it's the only occurrence, resettlement and the firmware update are probably enough.
