  Looks like this same user has the same problem with Docs-To-Go.  Apparently the migration done one Assistant watch something upward when it was upgraded to the tour and removing migrated versions of the software and re - install from scratch, solved the problem.

  I had a really weird problem with the installation of nine on a desktop Imac CC apps loaded delivered with 10.11.1 OSX. I tried to download Photoshop and other programs through the application of office creative cloud without success. Install Photoshop will not never get spent 42%, it paused trying to extract something then comes back as failed every time. I did a video before describing this problem and I did not get anywhere with a solution on forums or online. I tried to make installations manual with the download live file and even copied an a 10.11.0 installation mac and it still does not work.

  Follow the instructions guys. If you do it step by step you should be fine

  (1) disconnect CC

  (2) close all applications of CC for example Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

  (3) open CC

  (4) Begin download

  First, it's start when the app icon similar to compare darker with other applications and it has no problem with the update history. When I try to open it, google app did not answer and while I try to remove this application from usual way (hold up to jiggle) there is no suppression or 'x' icon displayed.   Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. After reading your post, I understand that the apps that you have installed on your iPhone (for Google) will appear darker than others. You are unable to open this app and can not remove it. I have a lot of different applications on my iPhone, so I know it's important to be able to manage; I'd be happy to help you!

  Please try the following steps in order, stopping when the problem has been resolved.

  1. Make sure that the application is not already open in the background. If this is the case, close it by following the instructions here: force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
  2. Restart your iPhone by following the instructions in the following article: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch
  3. Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of the iOS software. The article found here will guide you through the update: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software
  4. Try to delete the application under settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management (storage).

     If we delete the settings successfully, re-download the app on the App Store by following the steps in this article: download your latest purchases

  5. Back up your iPhone and then restore it to the factory settings. Instructions for backing up your iPhone via iTunes or iCloud cab can be found here: How to backup your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
