  Hi, I have a big problem with my design and the dotted lines with inDesign, maybe one of you can help me ^_^

  I have a lot of dotted lines in my design and in the inDesign I see perfect, they fit perfectly with the margins. But when I print the document that the dotted lines do not correspond, I send you an example, the continuous line have the same width as the dotted line.

  Did you also use step and repeat for the duplicate lines or draw each individually? You must be the step and repeat for consistency.

  That said, I think that a better way to handle this would be to use notes on withdrawal right tabs. Use a block of text and set the text leading to the spacing that you want (or set up a reference with this spacing grid and set the paragraph style to align with the grid). Press SHIFT + Tab to create the first withdrawal right tab, then Enter and Shift + Tab for each additional line. Create a character Style with a dash of personalized using your style dotted underline and apply it to the tabs.

• Want to "reframe" Contact form; blue dotted line is not "shrink".

  To make a contact form; and move the fields (or add new fields and delete later) autour outline all the rest form the size of what it was at its largest while I was working on; Once I have remove all the fields, I can't do the "contour" to shrink, preventing me using the footer for the form (because it extends the browser under the footer at the bottom).

  Someone knows how to do... There is absolutely NO object (ie the fields in the contact form) under the fields that you can see in the foot, but the dotted blue line not descended!

  Blue at the bottom is just my footer (I put the form above to be able to show that the whole blue line dotted.

• Dotted line does not not on the race with a hint of 0pt

  I'm having a problem created a dotted line in Illustrator CS5 using the technique of a dotted selection and setting of the dashboard to 0pt.

  Instead of points, I'm dashes with rounded ends as shown in the image below.

  I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but, please, let me know what it is.

  

  

  Remove the second 0pt for dash or just add an another 5pt distance of variance in the 2nd entry of gap.

  I'm trying to get the grid on my graph dotted lines.  After searching around, I think I can only achieve this by setting the background as a bitmap that has the dotted lines on.  Is this correct?

  I think that this was addressed in the .NET version, which now has this feature, but not in the version of VC ++ (inherited).  I just wanted to confirm that this was the case.

  After installing the legacy support version of one of our machines, I can confirm that the function you're looking for seems to be unavailable for VC ++. Unfortunately, as it comes to legacy support, it is unlikely that the feature will be added in the future.

• The dotted lines or borders on my desk

  Recently, I noticed these dotted lines appearing around my desktop icons. They seem to stay with what is active on the desktop, including menu, or the taskbar windows that are reduced to a minimum. Its more a nuisance than anything either. Everyone knows this? Or even better, how to get rid of him. I tried to adjust the effects of animation for the visuals in the advanced settings, but nothing works for the moment. Yet once this anomaly does not affect the performance somehow, its just very strange. I've got MBAM activated in real time and Avira Antivirus. I have run two scans of complete system on both. The results were squeaky clean for bugs. Disk and registry have been deep cleaned and defragmented. Windows updated the auto value must so good there. I got a file true 'X' here, but I know that the truth is out there somewhere.

  Thanks for the reply Ajay K. No help but on the 3 methods. Good news is that I was able to find a way to cut the lines dotted on my desktop icons. A selection of the EASE of ACCESS program box has been activated somehow and that's what caused this inconvenience. If everyone should be having a similar problem like this, go through the control panel and open "ease of access". There are a few options to help users to set their computers to special needs or conditions they may have. I learned a lot and got rid of a problem at the same time. Thanks again for your help.

  I was cutting a project on an iMac for the last week (external drive - G-Technology G-DRIVE with Thunderbolt 3 TB - don't know if it matters) and just opened the project file on my MacBook Pro while I'm on the road and, although the reading itself is permitted, when images stops playing in my Source or my default monitor program to a black screen with vertical dotted lines blue and dotted horizontal (very low).

  I took a series of still images on a GB pro (black Hero3) with a Time lapse 60 sec setting.  The image size is 4000 x 3000.

  I am trying to create a time-lapse video that I did using the software suite from GoPro.  However, I have problems when you try this first Pro, as the final video does not render correctly.

  Action taken:

  1. Create the new project - accept the default settings.
  2. Click Import to start a media.
  3. Select the image and check image select.
  4. Drag the file with the framerate of 25 fps to the timeline.
  5. Click on file.
  6. Click export media.
  7. Tick match sequence settings.
  8. Click Export.

  This creates an MPEG file, but the image is distorted and has red/blue dotted lines vertically.

  

  I suspect that this is due to using the wrong sequence or codec, but don't know what should be in these settings.

  It's turned equivalent using the software of the GoPro.

  

  Any help would be appreciated!

• Why can't create the dotted lines in Photoshop as easy as you can in Illustrator?

  This has been driving me crazy for a while. Why can not create a line in dotted lines in Photoshop by simply changing the race? I know you can do all that jazz with a line dotted with a brush and the spacing settings, but it's a pretty crappy solution consider if you want to change the line width, spacing of the dowry or same length, you have to start over.

  Tell me people? He is such a feature of basic of Illustrator, why can't they just add in to Photoshop in the same feature?

• Mask - dotted line Illustrator CS3 to clipping

  Ive done some digital banners in Illustrator using a triangle shape with a dotted line serrated sharp Bunting. I want to fill the shape with a paper I did. I used a clipping mask worked fine except it does not have the race which means that the document is not going in the Scalloped edges and it's just a triangle shape.

  Any workaround for this in Illustrator that it has another suite application?

  I'll make a quick run through some opacity masks.

  

  Here, I did what I think, it is an orange fax of your form. It has an orange dotted forming large BLOB objects and the same orange as a fill.

  

  I'm in the race and complete white RGB. you understand why in a moment. Then I have the form and the photo back and select "Make opacity mask" in the transparency Panel.

  

  here! It is now masking (and clipping) the underlying picture.

  

  If you check "Invert mask" and uncheck the box "Clip" it's going to do the opposite. the white mask an area of the photo.

  

  the opacity mask depends on the values of color; White and black are absolute (except if you check "Invert mask", black is opaque and white transparent), mask varying amounts of colour between the two. Here, I made the blue line. You can see some of the background through it, but it is not totally transparent.

  You can:

  (1) create a short straight path with the length and width of the dashboard (right) it is to replace (you can create it as a vascular accident brain/nofill path, or you can create a rectangle to fill/nostroke with the same appearance).

  (2) in the tick flyout palette/Panel new brushes brush, tick Scatter Brush, set the spacing to 200% and set the Rotation path and give it a name.

  (3) apply to the brush on the path.

  I have tried everything I can think of and everything people have posted, but I can't remove the dotted around a picture in my site line.

  I don't speak of the dotted line around links, it appears on the images.

  I added the outline: none to the style sheet.

  in the style sheet.

  I'm not very good at that, but I'm learning. Anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

  Are you referring to the image contact us at the center of the page?

  Here, it is a light blue line around the edge, not pointed.
