  Photos needs to close the preference files and update the library of photos for the media browser, and your web browser needs to read the updated files.  Try to exit the Photos and your web browser instead of restarting the computer. Then, restart both applications.

  Or try, if logging and the new will suffice. That will also ensure that the photo library will be updated for the media browser.

  Hello, I have a problem with my connection to my NAS Qnap TS-212. When I restart macbook and also of Qnap, I see the shared disks (AFP, SMB, and TimeMachine). In a moment that it stops working, I guess that according to mac falls asleep. Sometimes when I connect the ethernet cable it reconnects. However, it is not sufficient to restart macbook I must also restart Qnap to rebuild the connection.

  I have to say that maybe a year ago it worked perfectly. TimeMachine does backups, even when the macbook was put in mode 'sleep'. Now, it is difficult to work with her.

  I have a "similar" situation with my MacPro (4.1) attached to QNAP since switching to El Capitan: January 1, 2016

  I noticed that 'sometimes' NAS QNAP is NOT displayed in the side bar of the Finder! I must then manually disable Hello on the QNAP network services and reactivate Hello again once. After that, the NAS AFP and TimeMachine icons (I disabled SMB) are available in the Sidebar again and TimeMachine work again.

• MacBook restart at El Capitan

  This MacBook, in early 2009, 13 "/ 4 GB of RAM has been happy enough with Yosemite 10.10.2,"limited but I was getting Apple-friendly messages to update to El Capitan, so I downloaded. "  Then I clicked update and it is apparently installed and said it would be shut down and restart.

  Restarting seems to start, as the Apple logo and progress bar was there... for about a fifth of the way, and then it became black - closing apparently.  Yet once, I tried several times, with the same result power. I also tried the C key, for what it is worth now.

  How can I get my MacBook in operation?  Thank you!

  So, I was on my macbook pro when I decided to close it out. Later, when I came back, I opened it and fans began to work hard, that I tried to enter my password, but the keyboard is not responding, so I plugged a keyboard external usb and I have finally started my session, but I noticed an X on my battery indicator and the message "no battery available.

  I have notticed that the ALT key on the MacBook pro keyboard, restarts the computer whenever you press it

  any idea of what disease? Key on the keyboard is not responding, Alt will restart the mac, fans of strong, cold material work, when I plug the charger in light barely there

  I tried disconecting the battery, reset the SMC and PRAM seems impossible due to the alt, restart problem

  Have you tried booting in Safe Mode? If you can start check safe mode to see if the problems you described have stopped. If they are stopped, and then restart the computer normally. What happens then?

• MacBook pro 15 2011 10 windows restart issue

  Hello

  I have the macbook pro 15 2011 with intel core i7 2 GHz. 4 GB ram 500 GB drive HARD + SSD 120 GB (purchased recently with tray adapter HDD/SSD).
  I have a strange problem with RESTART MAC in windows 10 company. If I restart windows by start I get a black screen with a single line: no aucun disque disk boot found, insert a floppy disk and press a key. I tried once more to restart, but the second time I pressed the ALT options and found strange thing that start menu does not show anything after a few minutes I saw recovery internet icon appeared. This problem occurs, restart windows through start or bootcamp app with option restart in mac os x. Then I stop mac and turn on, boots fine default OS (mac os x el capitan or windows) and with the option key boot menu appears with 2 choices of operating system.  Restart windows to mac os x works, simply very good.

  I'll show you my not what I did for my new hardware and software installation:

  1. support usb bootable instalation with mac os x el capitan
  2 changed main old HDD for a new SSD (location on hard disk)
  3 installed mac os x el capitan on SSD.

  4 used bootcamp to create the partition for windows
  5 installed windows 10 on ssd with great drive
  6 removed great player and place SSD hard disk space Super slot.
  7. installed formatted old hdd hard drive location.
  8 booted system, no problem found until I tried to reboot from windows to mac os x through the bootcamp software.

  I have turned off to quick start 10 Windows but did not help.
  Suggestions? Drivers, works very well

  Where a problem? How can I repair the partitions or menu start-up do not start because its boring.

  Move your drive with Windows up to the main drive Bay and there leave. Put the OS x install disc in the Optibay. Test and verify.

  There are paths in BCD, which can cause starting problems.

• MacBook Pro keeps restarting after iPhone updated 9.3.5

  Given that I didn't have at least a 50% load, I connected my iPhone 6 s to my MacBook Pro (10.11.6) updated the phone to v. 9.3.5. The phone updated fine, but now my Mac keeps on rebooting over and over again. The display shows the Apple logo and progress bar, but there are thin horizontal red lines across the entire screen. When the progress bar is full, the gray screen runs for about 10 seconds and then restarts, and it does the same thing again. I have absolutely no idea what to do. Can anyone help?

  If I understand your message that after upgrading your iPhone 6s to iOS 9.3.5 via iTunes on your MacBook Pro, your MacBook Pro now repeatedly restarts. I know how it is important for your MacBook Pro start correctly for you. The first step I would recommend would be to start up your Mac in Mode without failure. • MacBook Pro won't restart and has vertical lines that go down the scree.

  Recently, my macbook pro to update so I rebooted. To do this, the computer turns on and starts the update but there are lines running down the screen. To about 1/4 of the way through, the screen turns gray, and then shuts down and restarts the process again. I ran a test of equipment and he came without any problem.
