  Question:

  Fixes IE11 and Chrome on the Adobe web site ask you to put their new files in RoboHTML templates_stock folder. However, I need these fixes for RoboHelp for Word. Is there a such difficulty?

  I use 10 RoboHelp for Word, generating WebHelp.

  I try to solve the problems about the table of contents, Index, and search appears not not or not being not completely functional IE11 or Chrome, not including many of our customers use. I found a couple of workarounds that my boss doesn't like.

  • In IE11, if the end user adds the web site to the compatibility view list, they all appear and function correctly, but my boss is adamant about not wanting the end user having to do anything to solve the problem.
  • In Chrome, I can get a table of contents and a non-functional search to appear if the user turns off JavaScript for the site, but this solution also violates the lists see also in help. Again, made my boss wants to not that the end user to have to do.

  His solution is just to generate using pure HTML, but then the search won't work in IE11 or Chrome (I'm not sure about Firefox). I are based largely on the research, when I'm working on the product, so I really don't want to lose the search function.

  Help, please.

  As I said in my reply to your message in the RoboHelp for Word forum, there is no patch for this.

  I can understand your not wanting to Manager end users will do anything and agree with him. However, the fixes for these issues in HTML HR are simply not available in RoboHelp for Word.

  I see combing (horizontal lines) in the fast moving scenes when I export to flash and mpeg (not dv avi, if).  I'm seeing this only since the passage of the Premiere Elements 4.0 to 9.0.

  So far, I had no problem with this video software.  I am inclined to believe that 9.0 handle well a sharp movement.  Does anyone have information on this?  I am particularly interested in whether a version previous example 7.0 is a practical solution.  I do a very large number of videos, but I use the very basic functions.

  I thank assani, but it wasn't the answer. The problem was, I finally understood, that the "option for generation of quality and preview thumbnails" wasn't on "high quality" as it usually is. I have no idea how this happened as I never change this option.

• Are there downloads to add generators of flames and tree under filters for Photoshop CS6?

  I have Photoshop CS6 independent software and want to add the ability to produce flames, trees, etc. under the filter > Render tab.  Not at the moment, I have this ability.  Are there updates that I can download to add this option?

  Hi LenWaugh,

  Flames, tree and these filters are not available in Photoshop CS6. They got introduced in Photoshop CC as reasons scripted and were moved to the filter > render in CC2014 and beyond.

  There is no update available to CS6 to obtain these filters.

  You can upgrade to the CC version to get these filters.

• Why my actions keep deleted? When I open Photoshop save the only actions that are there are my first I watched with little action and duplicates of them each time.

  I have adobe Photoshop CS6 and whenever it stops when I go to open the program again my actions aren't there. The only ones they are on my original actions that I started with. These actions are also doubled. I have three of them, and I have to go and delete them every time. But I have many more shares that I used to have in Photoshop and they are is no longer there. I have to keep their reopening every time. Someone know why she would do that because it's very frustrating when I go to edit photos and I need to get my actions again, and then open them upward.

  Bill supposed to first Pro CC (not CS6) response. Windows of Premiere Pro CS6 version does not support OpenCL for accelerating GPU of MPE. Therefore, there is no "opencl_supported_cards.txt" file in the folder of Premiere Pro, and the code to OpenCL is disabled permanently in all versions of Windows from Premiere Pro CS6. So, for your over-pants M6100 Premiere Pro CS6 will be permanently locked to only software MPE mode. (Acceleration GPU of MSES in the Windows of Premiere Pro CS6 version is limited to the CUDA only, which means that only NVIDIA for GPU - no AMD over-pants or GPU Radeon support CUDA at all.)

  Sorry, but you can't permantely delete IE (I wish we could) beacause its part of the core of the Windows operating system.

  Make sure that your security software (antivirus) is not blocking attachments.
