  You should have followed the suggestion of Francis and use the possibilities of computing built into the forms.

  Approach:
  -Create a form element in the block where you have your field to summarize.
  -Put the 'calculation' formula mode
  -As a formula, put something like

  where "Y" is the value of the cehckbox when checked.

  -Create a block of control to the "Single Document" property value to true
  -put a formula-else that newly created the block, the value 'Calculation Mode' to 'Summary', block to summarize your data block element to summarize in the previous formula-column created.
  -But, but not least, set the property to "Question everything" block which your article to sum up to 'true '.

  She's. No need for any triggers or the same logic to take on a loop on the block.

  You don't need any JavaScript for this and you just need to sort your liquid.

  Things of importance to note:

  -You have a collection and it will be not more then 500 items

  -You create an entitled 'Total' ready before your loop with a value of 0 is a number

  -You do the following your loop for: {% assign invTotal = invTotal: so: item.totalPrice-%}

  - As you loop your value will be added to each invoice

  When you write the formula for a calculated item, it does not use PL/SQL expressions (to include built-in DECODING) in Forms 6i.  If there was no conditional control over your calculation, you can simply make your article a summary point and perform the summation over column interest_rate .  However, because your calculation depends on the value in the STATUS column, you will need to use a combination of a calculated item and a summary article because you can't use an IF, DECODE or any other PL/SQL statement in the formula for the calculated item.  Therefore, you need to create a function in the knot of program units and call the function in your formula.  I tested it using the following code and it worked correctly.

  First, create the following function in the node of the object browser program units.

  FUNCTION calc_interest RETURN NUMBER IS
       n_ret_val  NUMBER := 0;
   BEGIN
     IF ( :YOUR_BLOCK.STATUS = 'E' ) THEN
         n_ret_val := :YOUR_BLOCK.interest_rate;
     END IF;
     RETURN n_ret_val;
  END calc_interest;
  

  First, you must change the property to BLOCK request all archives = Yes

  Then, open the palette of your calculated item property, and set the following properties:

  1. calculation = Formula

  2 property Forumla = CALC_INTEREST

  3. point data base = No.

  Now create a second item in the table not based on in your block that will display the amount of the interests summarized.  Open the palette property for this element and set the following properties:

  1 Data Type = number

  2 calculation Mode = Summary

  3. function = sum

  4 summarizes point = "name of your element calculated.

  5 base of data point = No.

  6 canvas = "your canvas.

  When you query your block, you should see the sum of all records where STATUS = 'E '.

  It worked for me, in my example form that I created so this should work for you.

  I am updating a numeric field on a page of the apex by summing the values of several components of the page.   What I meant here was... Only the soln to organize these elements in a specific order is to create elements calculated for these items...
  For example: currently, you create point Calc for a + b by adding a and b attributes. Similarly, to get the element calc for attribute has, you simply must attribute a sum.

  In this way, for your group of data provided above, you will have 8 article Calc from a and ends with a + b + c + d. Simply create them in the order you want to create and hide all other values rest.

  I know it's great pain for the large amount of data but to get this done at the level of the answers, it's the only way I can think. It is a VALID in 10g and 11g prescription because any future changes to the sequence will be asked to delete and recreate the elements of calc.

• SUM IS INCORRECT

  without details, it is difficult to guess.

  Often, the cell is not the same as the other somehow.  Maybe it's in text format, or there's a funny character in the cell.  Try to copy the data to a new table in a new document to check the results.

  2. choose Utilities-> erase a Macintosh hard drive (or in my case, it was called macbook pro)

  However, after trying to install the OS X and entering an apple ID, it tells me the same message over and over!

  I don't know what to do, because I tried to redo these steps several times that day and with two different networks. Unfortunately, I don't have the original installation being, so I have to install the OS via internet (or if possible!

  The latest version of Mac OS X's Sierra - 10.12 - not El Capitan. The latter is no longer available. Try this instead:

  Clean Install of Mac OS X

  1. Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime, press Command + Option + R until a globe appears.
  2. The Utility Menu appears in 5 to 20 minutes. Be patient.
  3. Select disk utility, then click on the continue button.
  4. When loading disk utility, select the drive (generally, the entry Out-bumpy) in the list aside.
  5. Click the Partition tab in the main window of disk utility. A panel will fall.
  6. Set the GUID partition scheme.
  7. Define the type of Format Mac OS extended (journaled).
  8. Click on the apply button, then click the fact when it is active.
  9. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
  10. Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.
