As far as I know I have a 32-bit computer, yet I have security 86 bit low installed loads, in fact 5. Are they compatible?

I have Windows 7Home premium installed on a laptop Dell Inspiron 1520, using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. I connect to the internet with either connect, then after a few minutes the pages hang on. I ran "analyze the connectivity" and no anomaly. When it connects to a site, the page crashes, then it's very, very slow to load. (most often, I get a message informing me that the page has expired).                            I ran all Windows problem detection programs (I think!), with no joy. One thing I discover, is looking at the page of Windows updates it 5 updates for Windows7 that updates are x 86 system (eg. A security update for the Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows7 SP! x 86 KB2736422) and as far as I know that my computer is a 32-bit (?).

x 86 refers to the original CPU who started everything cela IBM PC, as in that of the 8086 Intel... Processors Intel did not allow 32-bit up to the publication of the 80386 in 1985...
